Supreme Plumber

Vilem, a master plumber, is an extraordinary professional and person. We just had him do work at my mother's home. He replaced the cold water shuf-off valve and the ice maker shut-off valve under the kitchen sink and installed a Moen Adler kitchen faucet we purchased beforehand. The faucet being replaced had sediment build-up in the filter of the aerator, and it had been installed only eight months prior by another plumber. (We had to buy new because the aerator could not be detached, and we could not match the spray wand.) Vilem suggested that one explanation for the rapid sediment build-up was dirty water from excavation work at our site that came in from the main water line at the time the faucet was installed. To prevent that from occurring again, he made certain to have the main run off on a spigot before connecting the new faucet. Vilem was extremely reasonable in his pricing, and he made himself available in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Supreme Plumbing to remove an old garbage disposal and installing a new drainage pipe from that sink. When I called V he was incredibly professional and offered a great estimate for the work that needed to be done. When I sent him a picture of the issue he also caught a future issue that needed to be addressed which I had him take care of as well. His team arrived on time, was well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment to diagnose and fix the plumbing problem efficiently. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the steps they would take to resolve it, ensuring that I fully understood the process. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received and will be using V again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Plumber V was exceptional! He replaced my water heater the same day I called him! He ordered it and picked it up and was on time. He responded right away and calls to update you when on his way or if running late. He and his associate were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleaned up perfectly you couldn’t even tell they were there. He also installed the pipes for my gas stove and again was very efficient and did a perfect job, and was available even on short notice. I called him a third time to assess a leak which turned out to be my dishwasher and he came out the very next day. I would highly recommend V at Supreme Plumbing and have already to my friends and family. 👍

V. was professional, prompt, and very courteous! Our hot water heater was on its last leg, we called Supreme Plumber on a Sunday, as it started to leak. Our call was answered and within minutes we were exchanging the information he needed to replace and install our new water heater today! The process was certainly above and beyond anything we have ever experienced before! Five stars ⭐️ from us! There were NO hidden fees or ridiculous prices for it being the weekend. Thank you V. for surprisingly amazing service! I think we have found a new plumber! I would recommend his company if your looking for honest, quality and professional work!

Contacted Vilem with a plumbing emergency on very short notice. He explained everything I needed to do and then willingly worked several hours late into the night while replacing our hot water heater. This ensured that my family only went a few hours without water during this holiday season. The price was more than competitive. I will be contacting supreme plumbing with any of my future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend to others needing a quality plumber.
