Our technician was David on 06/05/26. We had a schedule 2-5 appointment, for our gas water heater. David introduced himself as our technician for the day. First impression he was very polite. David listen to our problem and showed us empathy for our inconvenience. David confirmed we needed a whole new gas water heater, wrote us a quick quote and got right to work. David took care of the replacement really fast. David was very knowledgeable of his job, and even explained our setup and warranty too. If we ever have any issues moving forward with plumbing. We will request for David and contact UP to take of our home for future services. We are a military family and would highly recommend your company first, all because of how we're taking care of. Universal was amazing! I was hesitant at first with such a high fee to come out to us (we were just outside the range) which didn't go toward the work done, but I agreed anyways because a well company I spoke with gave them such a glowing review. Completely worth it!! First I really liked their service before the appointment even started. They sent out a text with a picture of our technician and a little bit about him, which I was very appreciative of since I was home alone with my children. Keonte was our technician. He listened to everything I had to say and looked at every area I was concerned about. He took everything I said seriously (any women reading this will know what I'm talking about...). After my little tour, he immediately targeted our problem areas and explained exactly what would fix it and why it happened. He did the work quickly and even showed me some things I should look out for as preventative measures. The pricing was way better than the first company we had out, even with the added fee. We will absolutely be calling Universal again if we have any issues in the future. If you're reading this, thank you Keonte!

Tony was awesome!! He was very personable and professional!! He was very knowledgeable and spoke with me with easy to understand language. He allowed me to tell of our history with previous clogs and about my installation of the drain lines. He is a remarkably smart and knowledgeable technician. We could not be more pleased each time we have to use Universal! Each time we have needed service they have had someone out within a day; usually within hours. Each plumber/technician that has come out has also been great, including yesterday! Aikeem was very friendly, explained everything throughly, and made sure that I knew all of my options and the cost associated with each one. He was very professional, kind, and prompt, and was also extremely informative. He made sure we had no questions and/or concerns, and were 100% satisfied before leaving. We 10/10 recommend Universal! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable service!!!

Nick and Scott were awesome! Personable and helpful! They helped get me through the process of changing out all of my plumbing fixtures and reconnecting garbage disposal, including tub/shower kits, after a countertop installation, starting with disconnect of old faucets and garbage disposal. And they adjusted my dishwasher because it was not seated correctly in its space. They did awesome work and everything looks so good! Top notch service! I will definitely use Nick and Scott in the future if I need any plumbing work done! Thank you for a job excellently done!

Universal Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a leak we originally thought was just a clogged washing machine drain. Our technician, Seycan, went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting the crawlspace, moving appliances, and carefully tracing the real source of the problem. He discovered a hidden pipe leak behind the wall and repaired it with great precision and minimal damage. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were outstanding. This is exactly why we trust and continue to call Universal Plumbing. Highly recommend!

Tony and 2 others got to work as soon as they got here to resolve water backup in the house. They went deeper into the pipe to make sure it was cleared and checked it out with a camera to make sure. They were very polite and knowledgeable about what was going on and didn't leave until it was cleared. Definitely recommend Universal Plumbing as I've used them for everything I've needed and always very professional! Thank you!!

John showed up on time for appointment. He inspected my hot water heater, was thorough and truthful on his findings. My wife and I decided to replace the unit, we scheduled an appointment. John arrived on time! He installed the new tank, checked to ensure everything was in working order. I've seen the commercials for Universal plumbing and decided to give them a call..Great decision..Most of all..Great service!!
