The servicemen were prompt and assessed and gave me a reasonable quote right away. They were in and out within an hour and very professional. Now I have a fixed toilet and am a happy customer. We moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and immediately needed a new water heater. Maxwell’s promptly came out, diagnosed the situation, and offered multiple options at multiple price-points for us to consider. Every option seemed to be a fair price and their customer service is exceptional. They installed our tankless water heater and everything has been running great. We also had them fix one of our showers and they provided the same prompt and professional service on that smaller job. Best yet, they stand by their service and are able to meet every expectation. This company provided us with fantastic service start to finish. We would rate them at 10 stars. What we had thought to be a small job turned out to be a full day and team effort to fix what a previous contractor had in place. These guys were very professional and aware of what had to be done. They keep informed with the homeowner and get it done. We greatly appreciate all their hard work. This will be our permanent plumbing company for future needs.

Did a great job solving the problem of location a PRV when the county could not find it. Installed a high quality water filtration system, relocated the water lines for the laundry, and did numerous other smaller fixes. Really pleasant workers, too. Highly recommended!
