Unema did a great job installing our new water service to our nursery! Fast with great quality.
My water heater unexpectedly blew and flooded my basement. I called around several plumbers in the area and Unema was the quickest to respond. They were at my house in less than 15 minutes and I had a new water heater installed within 2-3 hours of calling them. They were extremely responsive, quick, and efficient. The bill came in under expected and they were very gracious in payment timing. 10/10 would recommend!
$259.88 to not do anything. Was referred Unema Plumbing to come and fix a frozen water line. Didn't do anything. Based on the bill I was sent and the description: 1) I already knew the water line was frozen somewhere along the main line prior to them coming. 2) I already had all my faucets to the open position prior to them coming. 3) I already had a space heater running in the basement prior to them coming. The plumber that came out didn't know where it was frozen or do anything more than I already was doing myself. The next day I called a different company...this other company sent someone out- diagnosed where the freeze was- heated it- and solved the issue within 45 minutes of arrival. Unema didn't try to find and fix the issue and now I have to pay $259. Insane.
Had a problem with a leaky outside faucet--called the property manager--he recommended these guys. Made an appointment with these guys---they were here the next day (within 5 minutes of appointment time)---I explained the problem---they fixed the problem. They had the work done in less than half an hour---explained what they did and why they did it. I LOVE these guys and will absolutely be calling them if/when I have another plumbing problem.
