Great commitment to completing a difficult job. We had to actually locate a hidden septic tank and they proved diligent in their efforts to make it happen. Especially want to give a shout out to Dwayne and Richard for being so professional and having a high work ethic under such frustrating and challenging circumstances. Colby was a very efficient technician and had our problem addressed shortly after he arrived. He was also able to come early and let us know that. The office staff was respectful and kind during two phone calls.

We had an emergency backup in one of our rental houses. We called Two Brothers and asked for help, letting them know we had a septic tank, owned the house for two years and didn't have any idea the last time it was pumped. Two brothers responded fairly quickly and used a snake to try to clear the main line. It didn't help. Then they went for the jetter truck and that didn't work. Then they checked the yard for signs of a septic issue and found a large wet area. Two days later they brought out the mini excavator and dug up the front yard. This led to finding in the end that all that was wrong was the septic tank was full, everything else was fine and working as it should. The cost to us was over $2800 which seemed excessive. Additionally we had to pay to have the yard fixed where they dug it up. We expected the emergency charge when we called them out after business hours. Our issue is the plumber they sent seem to throw darts at the wall hoping one would stick. Just a little investigation and most of the cost and yard disruption could have been avoided. We truly appreciate the quick response but not the lack of professional ability. We contacted them afterwards asking for a review of the charges and never heard back. Our recommendation would be to try someone else.

These guys were fantastic, they showed up on time and went above and beyond for service. When the job went beyond one day, they showed up the next day without complaint and again provided impeccable service. I am a realtor and will Ask them for their servicethem for as long as they are in business
