Kyle did a great job to fix our leaked shower drain and replaced the pipe!! Our house was old so it took him more work and time (though a bit extra charge) to get it repaired. He did an excellent job and explained and answered many of our questions. I will recommend him to everyone who needs a plumber!

James and team were fantastic to work with. Hugely knowledgeable and very thorough from start to finish. They handled both a hot water heater install as well as cast iron pipe removal and kept me updated through the entire process. Highly recommended!

First time using true Plumbing and they did not disappoint. In fact- will definitely use them again. Prompt, professional, thorough, clean, friendly and totally reasonable on price. Hunter was our engineer/technician and went above and beyond to replace the water heater and PVC and correct some of the piping that we didn’t know was becoming an issue. James represented himself & True Plumbing as a hard working, very knowledgeable top notch professional. He explained everything that needed to be done & patiently answered all of our questions before, during & after job was completed. We've had several other plumbers come to our home over the last couple of years & none of them could figure it out even they charged us for it. James found a main pipe that had never been installed correctly! He worked diligently for 2 days to clean out 50 years worth of grease build up and install new pipes. Price was very reasonable for the time and amount of labor required to correct our problems. I would highly recommend James & True Plumbing to any of my family and friends. He treated us and our home with respect going above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction throughout the whole process! James is our hero, if we ever should need a plumber again I will surely call & ask for James personally!

Inacio was fantastic. After my previous plumber canceled twice, True Plumbing was able to get him out quickly, which I really appreciated. He was not only incredibly nice, but also extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He identified major plumbing issues that my inspector had completely missed, while also taking care of the smaller items that had been flagged. What stood out most was how much he cared about doing things the right way—he made sure I wouldn’t end up with a costly surprise down the line due to improperly installed pipes in my garage. And honestly, the finished work speaks for itself—my new piping setup looks like a work of art. Highly recommend Inacio and the True Plumbing team.

True Plumbing has been great to work with. Morgan and Kim have been extremely helpful in the back office with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with me about my multi-part job request. I’ve had some unexpected, additional, work arise and this team has been very consultative. Hunter in the field has also been fantastic to work with. He’s handled every job request and change in work order in stride, along with providing me detailed explanations of why certain solutions may or may not work as well as others. Hunter was informed and patient. He met all of our expectations. When completing the repair, it was done efficiently and professionally. Due to the recent extremely cold weather (Christmas holiday weekend) we had a water pipe burst in the ceiling of our garage. Contacted Paul at True Plumbing and he had a team out on Monday to repair the issue. They were very knowledgable, skilled and expedient. They also went through our home and show us all the necessary valves to close during the winter months. FYI, our daughter also use True Plumbing for an outdoor sewer problem and she was just as pleased as we are. Thanks again to Paul and his crew.

Very impressed with James today! He called ahead & was right on time. He explained everything he needed to do & asked our permission before proceeding. He will be coming back in a couple of days with an additional employee to finish the work needed to correct our plumbing problem as it will require installing a new pipe in the basement & checking the seal in an upstairs toilet. James is very knowledgable, kind & friendly treated us like family!

James from True Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a corroded copper water pipe that was leaking. He replaced about 35 feet of old pipe with PEX. He routed the new pipe so I could finish the area in the future. Now I don’t need to worry about the pipe flooding my basement when I’m not home. I definitely recommend True Plumbing. Their price was also $500 lower than an estimate I got from another company for the same work.

Gabriel from True Plumbing was excellent! He fit me into the schedule immediately and kept me updated as to when I could expect his arrival. He worked so quickly that I couldn’t believe it when he said he was done. He was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. It was fantastic to see everything he fixed working so well. Next time I need a plumber, I’ll contact Gabriel at True Plumbing!

James did the best that he could considering it was not a plumbing issue. It was actually a septic tank issue. However, he was very upfront with the most that he could do. At least he was able to drain the water from my walk-in shower so it did not spread any further onto my floor. I appreciate his honesty. I did not have to spend more money on a solution, he could not fix.

This is an incredible company and incredible service! Very fairly priced. I ended up going outside of my homeowners warranty due to a slow turnaround time, only to find True Plumbing. They had Gary out the next day and were incredibly responsive. He explained to me exactly what was happening, and fixed the problem in no time! Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Max delivers an impressive combination of excellent customer service along with expert plumbing knowledge. Leak detected in obscure area. Kudos to him & True Plumbing! Also, Gabriel was excellent as he returned (even unscheduled) yesterday to actually repair the leak after the mold was removed! Very impressive!

He has done work for me before, and I specifically asked for him, and I have also referred him to a friend who also used him. He just instills so much confidence because he is knowledgeable, thorough and efficient Very considerate and cleans up everything I will use him for my next Plumbing need as well
