Had a wonderful experience with this company! Sarah is wonderful! Had a major issue that needed to be resolved ASAP and she came through and went out of her way to make sure it was professionally and promptly resolved. Would highly recommend them for any service. The crew that came out was on time and friendly. If we could give 6 stars we would!

Great job tonight Tritan team! I was under a lot of stress after a vehicle crashed into my home and broke my gas meter right off the house. After calling several plumbing companies with no success in speaking with someone, Sarah answered my call. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with Tritan. The job was serviced by Mickey. Mickey has worked in the industry basically his whole life. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. What a great experience and I would definitely recommend Tritan and use Tritan for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Sarah is the most useless person, I saw another write up about her and I experienced the same issue. She called me and said they couldn't come out because of all the rain over the weekend and I said fine. She scheduled me for that Friday and no one showed up. I have called and left messages, no response. I texted her multiple times and no response. I e-mailed and no response. I went to TR Miller and they did a PM and flush of my water heat for 60$. Sarah quoted me 200-399! Its amazing how a place like this stays in business. They never answer their phone, they are unreliable and way overly priced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! Sarah supposedly scheduled appointments July 15, July 16, July 17 and July 18. Always an excuse as to why the Technician was not able to make it for example, weather, traffic, another appointment too longer than anticipated, short staffed because someone called out. It was ridiculous!!! I was blessed to be working from home that week, because what an inconvenience! Sarah claimed she was going to have her husband do the work on July 18, because she wanted me to have the best technician and she would offer an inconvenience fee. Well, not only did the technician not show up, I was ghosted by Sarah. How rude and unprofessional!! I contacted this company because they repaired a busted pipe a couple years ago and the technician “Noah” did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I will “NOT” be contacting this company again! PLEASE BE WARNED!

they're a joke and liars. complete waste of time. all of these 5 star reviews have to be paid reviews...it's normal now of days. please do not fall for them go on yelp if you want real and true peoples opinions..... were so nice and easy going people as well so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we were so patient with them. i do not write bad reviews unless you reallyyy did something wrong so for me to go out of my way... be prepared to sit there the wholeeeeee day waiting for no one to show up and changing the estimate times left and right saying their ETA was 15 mins when an hour and a half later went by (when they're next town over) they're another 15 mins away. get your stuff together dude. it's better to be honest than playing with peoples lives and times you wasted our wholeeeee day! suppose to be here at 3. then 8.pm. comes around and still were'nt here. not cool and while an unprofessional girl over the phone has to text you being rude by not anwsering our calls as we have a baby at home . she did offer us an inconveince fee and strangely after we told them we're done and to turn around. she magically said the guy was at the gate! is this a joke????? lol... well jokes on them they lost great business tonight and now all our neighbors are completely aware now too! :) you waste our time, we waste yours. keep lieing to your customers!!!!! but judging by the reviews we dodged an awesome bullet with this scam of deposits yikes!
