Triple Crown Plumbing

We had a plumbing issue with drainage that a another company was not able to find the true cause of. After a few weeks the flooding happened again. We looked into a different company to see if they could find the cause. We were recommended Triple Crown Plumbing. Gunner came out and got to the blockage but continued forward to find the real reason behind it. He was able to locate it and remove it. We are so thankful! Gunner was professional, kind and punctual with time. It's a relief knowing that we found a plumbing company we can trust to go above and beyond.

I had an excellent experience with Triple Crown Plumbing. They replaced two toilets in my store, repaired a faucet, and installed a new water heater. Gunner arrived at 8 AM for a consultation and ended up coming back and completing the job in the same day! Their work was professional and high-quality, and Gunner was great to work with! I highly recommend them for reliable plumbing services.

TCP was very responsive to our plumbing issues. They showed up very promptly. Cost estimates were clear and concise. Service was completed in a timely manner and the site was left in good order. And very satisfied with Triple Crown Plumbing.

I called Triple Crown Plumbing because the reviews were great but I was more than a little disappointed. The rep said that he would need to take the entire tank off and replace all the pieces inside for close to $900. Replacing the entire toilet would cost about $1,100. These are tough Financial Times and hearing that was extremely upsetting to me. I ended up passing on the work though I did pay a $50 bill for the cost of his visit. I ended up purchasing the needed items to replace what was inside the tank and did it myself for about $22. This is not the first time I've replaced pieces inside the tank and have yet to have a problem. I felt like the rep saw me as someone that could be taken advantage of. I wish you well but I would never use your company again.

* 10 STARS * I’ve used Triple Crown multiple times now, and every single experience has been outstanding. They truly go above and beyond what you’d expect from a plumbing service. The first time I called them for a clogged main drain line in my home and Gunner responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it efficiently with no surprises on the bill. But what really impressed me was how they’ve continued to step up, a few weeks later I called them back to see about getting some work done at a commercial space I rent and Gunner returned to give me the estimate for the work with the best price I could have asked for! He was able to fit me in his schedule the very next day and complete the job. They actually came back out (at no extra charge) specifically to double check everything and make sure there would be zero issues for the inspection. That kind of care and attention to detail is rare these days. Steele even did his absolute best to get the permits and inspections done in a timely manner to allow us to open on time! The team is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and communicates clearly every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber you can trust to do it right the first time and even better, to make sure it stays right look no further. I had a horribly backed up kitchen sink that was not draining at all. After 4 days of washing dishes in the bathtub and trying multiple different types of liquid clog dissolving products, that didn't even touch it. I relented and called Triple Crown Plumbing and I am So Very Glad I Did!! Gunner was the technician they sent to my home and he was AMAZING! 20 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, what to expect for each part of the process and he went above and beyond answering my ma y questions. After the service was over and he had fixed my problem, he very thoroughly cleaned up after himself, even wiping down the floor and baseboards where anything could have splashed. Overall, I am more than thrilled with his service and the process was really fast. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I most definitely will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Triple Crown Plumbing is the BEST of the BEST! They are the most trustworthy company we have ever dealt with. Gunner was our service technician and did the most outstanding job on our plumbing repairs. He was punctual, professional and is extremely knowledgeable. His work ethic and integrity are above and beyond. He replaced all of our bathroom faucets and all of the piping to and from the bathroom and completed it in one day. He had another service technician ( didn't catch his name) that assisted him for a few hours. It was A LOT of work and they were so efficient! We are so VERY happy with the repairs. Don't waste your time calling any other plumbing company. We will definitely use Triple Crown Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing repairs.

Just wanted to leave this review because they are amazing! I called on a Friday night with a water main not shutting off all the way. When my emergency maintenance would not answer our numerous calls I turned to google. I had already called several plumbing services and no one would even listen to me or troubleshoot my issues. But I am so glad I called them. Not only were they super friendly when answering the phone but they were willing to come out and help me even though I live in an apartment and there was initially no one available to assist in our area. Please please use these guys they go above and beyond!!! They rock!

Gunner was my technician, and he did a great job. He did the initial diagnosis, offered up two estimates; one with me supplying the equipment and one with them supplying. I waited a couple weeks before deciding to have the work completed, and he was the one who did the job. He was here when he said he was going to be here, was efficient with the work, and answered all my questions. He was personable and polite and in no way condescending when he answered the many questions I asked. The tech Triple Crown uses for the estimates/receipts is clear, concise and immediate. I would highly recommend Gunner and triple crown plumbing.

I’ve used Triple Crown Plumbing multiple times for different projects and they’ve been great every time. They’re reliable, professional, and consistently do high-quality work. No matter the job, they’ve always shown up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and got the work done the right way. Gunner from Triple Crown Plumbing did a fantastic job! I called at 4pm the day before and they were able to fit me in the next day. Gunner called to let me know he was on his way, assessed the situation with my sink/garbage disposal unit, showed me all my options with clear prices listed, and quickly completed the repair needed. Had a great experience with Triple Crown Plumbing today. I called this morning and Gunner showed up within an hour to give me a quote to replace my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Once I decided to move forward, he came back the same day and got everything taken care of. Gunner and Steele were lifesavers. I had multiple unknown gas leaks and had my gas cut and they showed up same day and took their time quoting the issue, recommending the next step and executing the fix! They were friendly and knowledgeable in the best repair path forward. They saved this first time homeowner a lot of stress by how quickly they were able to get the job done! I appreciate their hard work! Cannot recommend this company enough! Within 24 hours the gas was turned back on!

We cannot say enough great things about Gunner and Triple Crown plumbing! I’m sure everyone could agree that having to replace a hot water heater just sucks, however Gunner was amazing. I could not believe how quickly he was able to replaces ours. While replacing a hot water heater is expensive in general, Triple crown was significantly cheaper than the other quotes we received but more than that the customer service was fantastic. We will be forever customers!

Been using triple crown for years. Never have been disappointed. Did a superb job as always on time never late cares for your property.
