Nothing but great things to say about my experience. I contacted them early afternoon and they came by the same day. Jesse was excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair that same day. I would recommend Tri County electric to anyone!

Chris and his assistant were great. Two very polite gentlemen they explained what had to be done. They quickly got started. They protected my floor and furniture. The work was nicely done. The cleaning was swift. I am completely satisfied. Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anyone

The communication was outstanding. The response to my request fast and efficient. The first representative called immediately and set up a time for the plumber to come out. The communication through texts and phone called with updated when the plumber would be available. Tri-County Electric Text a picture of the plumber and the time he would be here. Alex T also called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. Once Alex T.arrived to my house, he was very friendly and informative on the estimate and services. Alex T. was very caring about the property and he cleaned up after himself with a smile. I would recommend Tri-County Electric To my friends and family I also give them a rating of 10 stars And they gave a 30 day warranty.

Tri County Electric has been operating in Cleveland for some time but new to the Cincinnati area. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with their company and service tech, Desmond. He returned my call promptly, showed up an hour later, and was professional and positive about getting it fixed. He was able to diagnose a tricky electrical problem that turned out to be a melted connection in a junction box in my attic (on a 95°day!) that was hard to find due to insulation being blown into the attic on top of the wiring and junction boxes. He definitely earned his money and this review today. Professional - on time - knowledgeable - and just a pleasure to work with. I personally recommend Tri County Electric to anyone needing the service of an electrician in the Cincinnati area.

Paxton came to give me an estimate for a leaking external faucet. He thoroughly examined the situation and explained my options very well. He recommended some additional work to bring my plumbing up to current code and included an option to replace my water heater. We talked and agreed that the water heater could wait, so he quoted me for the rest of the job. I had someone give me an estimate for the same specs the day before, but they were nowhere near the price Paxton quoted. The kicker was that he was able to take care of the problem today! It only took a couple of hours. He was courteous and clean and he kept me up to date on his progress. He did a great job. I highly recommend Tri-County and plan to use their services again!

I had 4 rooms and outdoor outlets that needed to be rewired or added. I put in a request via yelp to Tri-County Electric Service, and they got back to me within an hour! I was lucky they were able to fit me in the next day. Desmond arrived right on time the next morning, and gave me a clear explanation of their pricing, which is a reasonable hourly rate. He was in and out after about 5 hours, everything is done and great. He was very professional in appearance and demeanor and was very pleasant! I'll be using them again in the future, and requesting Desmond. Please give them a try for your electrical needs!

We needed fan on a high ceiling replaced in our townhome. Desmond called before he arrived and did a great job taking down the old fan and installing the new one. He answered all of our questions and went about his work in a professional way. On his initial visit to provide an estimate, he looked at the new fan we'd purchased and pointed out an issue with it. He told us exactly what to buy to fix the issue. Very satisfied customers!

Lawrence Jones was the best and nicest technician that I have had to replace my ceiling lights. I had two lights replaced. He talked with me about what he was going to do and discussed the cost. He also quoted the cost of a ceiling fan replacement and gave me an affordable quote. He will be coming back to do that job. I am glad that I have found a dependable electrician. He was polite and on time.

Paxton was out today to look at our gas lines and a leak , and evaluate for water damage that had gotten into the pipe . Nice guy doing a great job, figured out what was going on and got us a fair estimate , on top of planning to get our work done first thing . Just another example of a great company doing great work. Highly recommend these guys for anything you need done .

I had a malfunctioning fluorescent ceiling fixture. I explained the problem on the phone, and he thought the ballast was the problem. It would cost about the same to get a new fixture, so I bought a new fixture and installed it myself. I appreciated getting honest advice, so even though I didn't need them to install, I recommend them highly!

Sean D and Nick K from Tri County Services did a great job. Sean gave us a thorough estimate and really explained everything completely and Nick did an excellent job installing our landscape lightning. Both gave ideas and asked for our input on what we wanted and were personable and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Wanted to give a recommendation to Tri County Services Electric and Plumbing. We had them back to quote work at our house and again they impressed me with the professional, honest service. Paxton is an amazing plumber! He truly took lemons and turned it into lemonade! With the help of Gabe he & Paxton fixed our bathrooms in an old abounded school building! Extremely impressive! My experience with Tri County Services was excellent. Specifically, their representative Shawn Dean is incredible. He was very communicative; he arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule; and was incredibly professional and courteous. His level of customer service is top notch! Highly recommend Shawn!

Chris was great. We had two outdoor spigots that were leaking after winter. Chris walked me through the options and explained everything along the way. New frost-free spigots are working great! He even replaced some pipe that was poorly connected and added an extra shut-off valve.
