I had a great experience with TMK Plumber Pflugerville. Their rates were super competitive (another company tried to charge me 3X what TMK charged). They were able to help within hours of my initial call, and Irvan was super knowledgeable and friendly. I won't hesitate to give them a call in the future when I need a plumber I can trust.

I had 4 other plumbing companies bid on a pluming project for my house. I needed to reroute the plumbing lines. The best prices was from TMK. They sent the main technician with 2 helpers and finished the project in 2 days. I'm very pleased with them

Beware of them scam. I called them because I had a sewage backup at my house in round rock. I called and they sent a plumber to come to my house. The guy who came looked like he did drugs and was super rude. He wanted 600 dollars to clear my clog and after me telling him it was too much money and I would pass he started insulting my family about how he drove all this way for nothing and was cursing all over my face in the driveway. Keep in mind on their website they claimed free estimates. After long talks he wouldn't leave and then said he could do it for $475. I agreed and he used his auger to try to clear my pipe. While he was clearing my pipe he started to complain that it was only for 45 minutes of work and if I wanted him to continue clearing the pipe he would have to charge more. What a sketchy business practice. Keep in mind he was smoking all over my face at the same time. After 15 minutes he said he couldn't clear my clog and still had the means to charge me $475 for 15 minutes of nothing. Keep in mind the whole time he was smoking in my face with all his drug smell and kept insisting he would have to dig my pipe up for $5000. Later in the day I called a different plumber who was able to clear the clog with their augur for only $175 dollars that took them 2hr+ because of a plastic piece was stuck in the pipe. What a scam, I never seen someone so willing to scam and rudly smoke in customers faces. I don't why this place has so much good review but they got to be fake. Keep in mind they put their location on google maps as the northtown mud apartment but they aren't even there. A locaton for them doesn't exist. Whatever you do if you call them expect a crazy rude drugged plumber to come to your house to scam you. They guy the sent me he drove a white chevy truck. Just be careful if you call I got scammed by them and the guy was rude and smoked all over my face. Better off calling someone else.

Plumber was friendly and did his work. softener stopped working after a month. Plumber was unresponsive, gave inaccurate times, did not come fix the issue. this place is a joke. now i need to find another plumber to fix this persons work

When I discovered a foundation water leak I called several plumbing companies to come asses the issue and within 2 hours of the initial call TMK was at my door. Edwin, Benny (the plumber and his team) checked all the boxes for being professional, courteous, on time, knowledgable, economical, all my questions were answered, the crew cleaned up, follow up was excellent and most importantly they fixed the water leak. They went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. Highly recommend.

My master bedroom had a small water spot, I thought I dripped something on the carpet. In the next 3 days the spot got bigger and bigger. I called several plumbing companies and they all were very expensive. Finally TMK came to check the problem out and they gave me a special discount. They went above and beyond fixing the pipe leak but they also replaced my water heater at no extra cost. They treat you as a person not as a dollar sign. They were a blessing, I’m grateful to them!

I can tell you that Edwin’s and his crew stand out. On a Sunday they came out and replaced my leaking water heater. That was Oct 7th. Afterwards I needed quite a few things for the insurance company. He got me everything they needed to move forward with a claim. Moreover their work was first rate but also economical for me. I would high recommend.

Ben was great. Very knowledgeable and his team was also great and hard working. They had to excavate to replace some clogged lines that the snake could not clear. They even found some animals leaving underneath of the house.
