TJ's Plumbing Installation and Repair

TJ plumbing did a great job fixing my plumbing. They came out fast and did not play around.tgey had my issue fixed in 2hrs. Last time I used a different company and they took 3 times the amount of time for same issue and I had to have TJ fix there work. Thank you TJ!

TJ Plumbing repaired our outside faucet. He was prompt, neat, professional and affordable. I was worried about what my brick would look like after he was done but it looks great as you can see. When he cut the drywall in the ceiling, he replace that piece back. Let me tell you it is hard to find a company who will clean up and/or replace the mess they make. I was very impressed with the price as well. We will definitely be using TJ for our plumbing needs in the future.

We used TJ’s plumbing for our sewer line repair and he does great work. Replaced the majority of our pipes in our steep hill in one day! And came back to put down grass seed. He also worked with our homeowners insurance claim to give us a good deal. Highly recommend! He’s a small company, so not over charging people for a big overhead cost, and was able to get us taken care of sooner. Hire him!

I’m a general contractor and recruited the services of TJ Plumbing for a basement remodel I was doing. After me coordinating the work for him at the client and him doing the work he went to the client to collect payment, bypassing me as the general contractor. His excuse was he didn’t know who he should collect payment from. After numerous text messages coordinating the work and me even telling him my mark up price as I wanted to be fair to my client, seeing him into the house, introducing him to the client etc. This is highly unprofessional and I will not be using them again.

They charged me $289 to snake out the shower drain, a 20 minutes work.They installed that shower pan last October, and the drain was stopped when my tenant moved in this month. They said it was not their fault on installation, so I have to pay them to snake out the drain which was only used a few days. Very upset!

I work for one of the largest hotel chains in the world. We had a leak and had our regular plumbers come out to fix it. Unfortunately that fix turned into a disaster. My hotel no longer had any hot water. We reached out to the company that had “fixed the issue.” No reply back. As i am writing this review about TJs plumbing I still have not heard back from the original plumbers nearly seven hours later. So after trying to get ahold of over 10 plumbing companies I found the number for TJ’s plumbing. I called and TJ himself answered. No other company even picked up their phone. I told him our situation. TJ and an employee were doing another emergency service at the time because this was a Saturday afternoon. I didn’t even think he was going to be able to help me and I was certainly panicked. I think TJ could hear the stress in my voice. Next thing I know TJ texts my phone asking for my business address. Says he is picking up some parts and is on his way. I felt a sense of relief knowing that a company actually cared about other businesses and his community. Was at the hotel within an hour. The issue fixed within half an hour. This company is reliable, trustworthy and very accommodating. We will always call this company for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend TJ’s. I'm thankful for a knowledgeable plumber. TJ was very professional in his field of expertise. I reached out on the Florence Kentucky Facebook Group Page for help and immediately my post was flooded with multiple recommendations. So I went with TJ because he left a phone number and said that he could fit me into his schedule. I told him about my problem and said worse case scenarios that it'll be a busted flange and the toilet would have to come off. I wasn't happy with the toilet I had, so I had him bring a new one. TJ showed up replaced my toilet and fixed and redid the leaky faucet. As well as the nasty clogged up pipe and replaced my faucet drain plug. Also... took care of tightening up my kitchen faucet that was loose. All in all.. he took care of everything in a couple of hours. Thank you again for coming out last minute and same day of taking care of all my leaky problems. I'd highly recommend TJ PLUMBING to anyone that's looking for a trusted plumber... look no further. After interviewing four Plumber companies, I chose TJ‘s plumbing to replace the main waterline to my home. The owner came to my home, examined the job told me what was wrong and explained the process he told me what materials he would be using a timeline to complete the project his quote was not the cheapest and far from the most expensive and the workday. He showed up on time, mapped out the project and started since his crew experience. They quickly dug the trench and replace the line in a matter of hours, (not days one other estimated). TJ who is a very experience, Plumber did all the connections himself and double checked everything then they poured a bed of sand around the line to protect it from rocks and stones. Next, they carefully filled in the soil about 6 inches at a time compacting it to the ground, so it wouldn’t sink later Here is why I chose TJ‘s plumbing 1. reasonable flat rate pricing 2. proper materials used 3. experienced plumbers did the work 4. owner overall the entire project 5. worked done in a timely manner 6. professional workmanship 7. I would recommend TJ. They arrive exactly when they say that they will. The work is quality, as shown by passing inspections. Based on my work with other plumbers, I think TJ’s knowledge is above average and quick with what is best to do in a given scenario. TJ and his team are also quick with their work, having put in a bathroom and wet bar rough-in in just one day. TJ is readily available to answer questions along the way too. As an area of opportunity, I think customer service and communication could be improved. However, I still recommend them if you need plumbing help. I would use them again.

TJ came to my home to repair an outside faucet that had busted. Unfortunately, I knew he was going to have to cut through the ceiling to get to the plumbing work. He did this flawlessly and replaced the piece of drywall. He cut it out so that you can barely tell. All I need to do is get some drywall mud and smooth it over. Also, while he was here, I asked him to look at the relief valve on my water heater that was leaking. He fixed that. I had a toilet that was leaky. He fixed that also. Great work and a very fair price. Quick and cleaned everything up. Highly recommended!

While on vacation in Florida I got a call from my daughter that our hot water heater was out. I priced a new heater/installation through several different companies. The prices were crazy. I found TJ’s Plumbing on Craigslist. TJ not only gave me the best price but also picked up the heater for me since I was purchasing it myself. The water heater was replaced the next day. Much thanks to TJ for the quick response. I would definitely recommend TJ’s Plumbing for anyone needing a Plumbing Professional.

He was professional and did a great job. Our dishwasher is no longer draining in to the sink and he fixed our outside faucet installation. The person who originally installed it had the pipe too long and not flush with the house. It would twist when we tried to turn it on. He was able to completely fix that so it is now flush with the house and no longer twist. I don’t know how much plumbing normally cost but the it seemed like a reasonable price for all the work and parts.

TJ did an awesome job. He showed up when he said he would and had the job done in 30 minutes. This was something the city of Florence couldn't figure out for the last couple of months btw, they had our yard looking like a swamp, told us it was something on their end and kept saying they would come out to fix it. 2 months later they dug up our yard, left no dirt to fill in the 4 ft deep hole, decided they were wrong and it was our problem so thank goodness for TJ!!

TJ and Garrett did a fantastic job replacing my water heater today. TJ picked up my water heater that I had ordered the night before the installation.When they went to Install it they noticed it was to big to fit in my condo unit. They very kindly took it back for me and exchanged it for the correct size for no Xtra cost. WOW 😮. That is taking care of the customer. Thanks guys!!!! I will be using your services again. Thomas was absolutely awesome . I had recently got laid off from my job and my hot water heater went out. My home warranty took care of most of it but not completely. I still needed a few more parts and Thomas actually took care of that and replaced the part free of charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
