Professional, friendly office staff. Technician kept me informed and cleaned up after done. Supervisor was friendly. Subcontractor good communication. Would recommend. Willing to pay for their experience, product and workmanship.
CALEB showed up on time. FURNACE CHECK-UP He promptly inspected all components of my furnace. Informed me of a small leak that we need to keep an eye on. So I took pictures of that area to watch for any changes. He found that my humidifier pad was in need of replacement, he had the part with him. After preforming all checks to make sure we are good for winter he was very polite and answered all of my questions and thanked me for my business. He was very knowledgeable. Well done! Jim Scharper
Ben was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful! He quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it. I have used bigger companies for past plumbing jobs, but was disappointed in both the work and the prices. Ben did great work at a fair price. I will definitely use Thrasher in the future!
Bought my own water heater to save money. Called and got an estimate for install before they came out. 4 to 500$ which makes sense, plus trip charge, not in metro area. Guy gets done- 800$ plus, for parts- HVAC pieces maybe worth 30$, plumbing worth maybe another 30$- WTH - not again!! Ripped off - pictures show from strap to water heater cap- cap was already on the Rheem I bought. Black pipe with valve to sensor box. New fittings on top of heater. Really!? If I would have known they were going to charge that much I wouldn't have hired them. I could have bought all that myself and saved 300$
We have worked with Thrashers before and recently had Ben here for several plumbing issues. He’s very good at figuring out and explaining what can be done. He recently replaced our shower fixtures, a job we put off, which is a huge improvement to that bathroom. We also had a problem with the kitchen faucet & he fully explained the options of repair or replacement. He’s just a good person to work with and the office staff is always courteous and helpful also.
