The Rooter Dude

Saved me a ton of money compared to national main line sewer/plumbing companies. Personable, approachable, professional, honest. Couldn’t recommend them more. Spent a bunch of time speaking with bigger companies that felt scammy. Rooter dude was the exact opposite. Will be calling them again if any issues arise in my future.

The whole house was backed up.... ChatGPT said it had to be the septic tank. Crew was prompt and courteous and got to work quickly. Kept me informed during the whole process. We talked about how the system worked and a few things to be on the lookout for. They cut the grass out in squares. So when they were done, they just dropped in the sod square and all will be invisible in the spring. THANKS.

Shane and his crew were very professional in replacing the water heater and entire sewer line for our 1920s house. They communicated very well, explained each step (with options), and were very courteous and accommodating as we moved in simultaneous with the work. We received a scope video after the work was completed showing the entire run of replaced and relined sewer from the street to the house. They restored the yard after digging and did not leave a mess at the job site. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

If I could leave more stars, I would! Starting your weekend with backed up toilets and water leaking through the ceiling of your garage is never a good thing. I called multiple locations with two answering right away. I initially went with the company that said they could get their quickest, however, when they showed up, the young guy seemed very unsure of himself and what he was doing. He also gave me an estimate of over $1500 to drain the standing water, remove the toilet, and to run a camera down to see where the clog and leak was. This was not including any repairs. He also could not explain to me why he had to remove the toilet to use the camera, as this is not our first rodeo and that had never been done before. My husband and I looked at each other and then kindly told him no thank you. We paid the $89 for him to essentially walk in our home and then back out and then called The Rooter Dude. I spoke to Shane, who immediately put me at ease. He was very personable and knowledgeable and told me the same services I was quoted from the other company would be about a third of the price for him. Griffin came out first thing in the morning and was able to unclog the drain without dismantling anything. They then went to work fixing the leak in the garage. They had to cut out a chunk of the ceiling and replace quite a bit of the pipe underneath the bathtub. He even removed my dirty insulation and replaced it with new. The Work took hours, but after everything was said and done, I still paid significantly less than what the other company was going to charge me for diagnosing the problem. I’m so glad I found this company! Shane and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. They are local to Mount Juliet and operate like an old school family business. No crazy markups, no bait and switch, and no high-pressure sales tactics, just good quality, professional work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely an amazing experience. Shane came out and gave us a quote, he showed up on time to complete the job, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Will definitely use again! Edited to add: we have used them several more times. Love the professionalism and expertise.
