I have used The Plumbing Source several times. Workmanship has always been great. Easy to get an appointment. Affordable. Price of corporate plumbers has gotten out of hand under the guise of one stop services. I am committed to giving my plumbing business to The Plumbing Source.

Responsive reliable efficient - The Plumbing Source has done many projects in multiple homes for us and we have had nothing but positive interactions and results. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs

Steve and the team at The Plumbing Source did an outstanding job for me. We had a couple of plumbing fixtures that needed replaced and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They also installed a new water heater, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Steve took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided clear options, and made sure the work was completed the right way. The quality of the water heater installation was excellent, the work area was left clean, and everything is running perfectly now.

Though staff was very pleasant when speaking/meeting with they sadly didn't follow through as promised on next steps that they set. I was also quoted $2k to install a kitchen faucet, replace twin valve and bathroom faucet. Seemed very high so obtained a second opinion and determined there was no leak and only faucets needed to be repaired. Saved myself $1500 by trusting my instincts. As stated below I forgot to mention the owner got sick the evening he had come to my home. Worst part is no one at his company had the courtesy to inform me. I had to call them to find out basically no one was as working on my request so it would be further delayed. Then to get a quote for $2k! I felt taken advantage of. if you wanted to communicate further about your bogus quote pick up the phone and discuss vs defending your pour behavior on Yelp!.

Been four days over holiday since technicians came out to assess repairs, no estimate as of the fourth day ,advertising as a service provider 24/7 home warranty repairs.Wife and I are still having phone conversation and third party discussions with excel energy as the service we are paying for from provider for appliance repair on what our my estimate for repair will be ? this business is a great service provider , but lack of communication with customer over holidays is very expensive on home owner , I now have to have a second and also a third estimate by Approved warranty provider! after 5 days ! I will be adjusting my home warranty documents with energy provider . Thank you , just disappointed with the conversation I had with THE PLUMBING SOURCE . My estimate , only after phone conversation increased by an additional thousand or more because thay do not have electricians expense in the estimate they provided my home warranty service and they do do add the cost of electrical inspection, I was told that the home owner needs to have the warranty service provider see if that is approved under the warranty cost ??

A perfect experience from start to finish! Had our water heater replaced by The Plumbing Source and are extremely happy with their work. Blake came over the same day we called for an estimate, quickly assessed the situation (including all the unique challenges of a very tight available space and access issues), discussed the brands/models/options available (and their pros/cons), and provided a complete, fair and honest quote on the spot (which was accurate because he would be the one to do the job!). Later that day, we discovered a potential alternative model and wanted to know the impact it would have on the quote and whether the model’s slightly better specs were of value. Steve, the owner, immediately tackled our question, called the factory rep, got all the scoop and insight we needed to make the best decision, and then took the time to explain everything to us and answer all our detailed questions. This above-and-beyond attitude and extraordinary effort to help us choose the right model for our needs was very impressive and these qualities are obviously shared by the entire team – everyone we dealt with was the same way and actually cared about our customer satisfaction. Once we gave the green light, the entire team quickly sprung into action and Blake finished the new water heater installation the same day. Blake is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, careful, courteous, respectful and meticulous in his work. Everything was done exactly as he said it would be and in a very timely manner with excellent workmanship. And Claire was so friendly and adept throughout the entire process in coordinating the scheduling and facilitating communications between all parties involved. We are beyond satisfied with The Plumbing Source and have found our go-to plumber!!

We had a great experience with The Plumbing Source installing our new water heater about a month ago. Steve and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive, and Steve stood out for being patient, honest, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Blake handled the installation and did a fantastic job. We have a finished basement, and I really appreciated the extra care he took to maintain a clean work environment. They even covered the carpet along the path from the door to the utility room, which showed real attention to detail. After the installation, I noticed a high-frequency noise later in the day and reached out to Steve. He and Blake promptly came back to investigate and quickly resolved the issue. It turned out to be an alarm from a nearby water leak detector, which is not even part of the water heater, but they still made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, which we really appreciate. Claire, who handles scheduling, is fantastic as well. She is organized, responsive, and a clear communicator. Everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Steve, the owner, truly goes above and beyond. He personally walked me through multiple water heater options and is clearly very knowledgeable about the technology, which made us feel confident in our decision. One thing that really stood out: when we had a one-off issue, their team didn’t brush it off. They proactively contacted the manufacturer and got it resolved for us. That level of follow-through is rare. They’re always professional, timely, competitively priced, and just easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for more!

We moved into our new home a few weeks back, and naturally the hot water heater died within the first two weeks of us living there. To make matters worse, it died the morning that our extended family was coming in to visit and see the new home. I called at least 10 other plumbers and was met with responses that made me feel like I was bothering them by inquiring about buying a new heater...I got a hold of these guys and they were a LIFE SAVER. I ended up speaking with three different guys there, and they were all incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They were able to install a new heater within a matter of hours, and even used some of the existing components to lower our out of pocket cost. Seth (who installed the new heater for us) was very friendly and helpful, and respectful to our new home. Like I said before, these guys really helped us out in a pinch. I would highly recommend them, and we have certainly found our new plumbers in the area!

We had a plumbing scare around 5pm, and are also new to the area and started calling around. We called up The Plumbing Source to get their input and try and judge the severity. Steve not only was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, but FaceTimed me to help go through the issue we were having! He stayed on the FaceTime for almost 30 MINUTES, walking me through everything that could be related to the issue, and even answered unrelated plumbing questions I had. To top it all off, when I mentioned a different company had earlier appointments the next day to come look at the issue, he asked who the company was, and then actually praised the other company and told me to use them because they do great work and are available sooner! I cannot recommend Steve and The Plumbing Source highly enough. There customer service is unmatched!! We will 100% be using them from now on. Thank you Steve!!

We are a family of three with an eight month old baby. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we were faced with not having any hot water to properly clean baby bottles, take showers or bathe our daughter. The Plumbing Source promptly sent over a crew to replace our water heater. The crew was very conscious of COVID-19 and took the appropriate measures to reduce the risk of potential transmission. The crew ensured that they didn't dirty our home and treated it with respect, asking before moving baby gates or other items. The instal was quick and they triple checked all components and made sure we had hot water that same day. We compared their prices to other companies and they were significantly less expensive compared to larger plumbing companies, and provided better service! We are so thankful for their work and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work.

Realistically based on frustration I would leave a 2 star review but Im leaving this as a “just so you are aware” type of review. Because I never got the opportunity to have them come out do any work, I cannot give them a “complete” review. None the less i think it’s still good information for you to be aware of: I called their office and set a “temporary” appointment while researching places. Not even 10min later I called back to confirm it. I live in a condo so I only have a small window of time to have the water shut off and it requires advanced notice. No one showed up during the appointment time. I called them, and they said that I had never called back to confirm the appointment. Very frustrating complete breakdown in communication amongst their staff. Now I have to find another plumber and send a 4th “water will be shut down” notice to my condo community.

Much to my dismay, when I woke up yesterday morning, I quickly figured out that the lukewarm shower from the previous evening was because my hot water heater had kicked the can and needed to be replaced. I called The Plumbing Source and they were out first thing this morning to replace it. Everyone that I dealt with at this company was a true delight - from Steve in the office who handled scheduling, to Seth and Blake who came out today for the install; they were all prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Truly a 5-star experience and I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much for the great service, guys, and for being my hot water heroes for the day! I appreciate you!!
