Ali is simply a great guy and representative for the company- he is friendly, professional and very thorough. He went through the house from the subfloor to all plumbing areas to ensure we were not doing any work that could be prevented. Great communication and organization. I am in construction- could not be more impressed. Andy

Jason showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He made the repair quickly and checked that the pipe was no longer leaking. All in all, a pleasant plumbing experience.

The Plumbing Joint has been my go-to for 40 years at two different home locations. This time it was a leak in the water main which was bubbling up to the surface. My neighbors and I had dug down the 5 feet to the leaking water line, so only the repair was needed. Ashley, who received my call, was very helpful and positive. She promised that as soon as someone was available they would head my way. Cason arrived within about an hour! He analyze the situation and got to work, avoiding the electrical line, cable and fiber optic lines, and completing it in a reasonable time frame. It was raining, so the soil was saturated, mucky and slippery, but Cason maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout. The Plumbing Joint is quickly responsive and thorough. I will continue to use and recommend them!

I will never use them for a backflow test again. After they finished the test yesterday and left, our ice maker machine started leaking. When they first called asking for payment, I already told them that because of their work, the water pipe to the ice maker had been broken, causing the leak. They said they would report it to their technician, but I never heard back. The leak only got worse, so I called again. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept insisting that we pay the bill. I explained clearly that the leak was caused by their technician breaking the pipe during the backflow test and asked them to send someone to repair it. Their response? That it was a “different service” and they would not cover the repair. Worse, they even tried to pressure us, saying that if we didn’t pay, the backflow test wouldn’t pass, our water would be shut off, and we wouldn’t be able to operate. In the end, we had no choice but to hire our own professional to fix the pipe. This technician confirmed that the broken pipe was new and not worn out from age — the break was clearly caused by external force. I usually don’t leave negative or long reviews, but their service really left me furious. Their attitude was condescending and dismissive on top of everything else. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

BEWARE to take pictures before and after the work to be performed by this company to avoid story twisting when something goes wrong. This company was contracted by the condo HOA thru the Property management May 8 2024 for jetting services on the entire first floor of our building. At the time supervisor LT brought an apprentice Trevor and left him to do the work while he works on another unit across. Trevor goofed by disconnecting a hose and flooded the kitchen on final testing. My tenant is the one who noticed bec he did not know it flooded due to protective gears he's wearing and only paid attention to the bucket he was filling. Incident escalated and summoned LT from what he's doing, and the property management was contacted while damage is underway. Plumbing Joint did not pay anything for the damage because LT twisted his story and it was conveniently used by the Plumbing Joint to AVOID responsibility. LT's story implied that the disconnected hose was done on purpose by unit occupant and that tenant did not clear the path under the sink never mentioned in his story that he left his trainee (Trevor) to do the work unsupervised. Property Management downplayed the flooding incident also but arranged for mitigation same day which resulted to cutting and opening infected dry walls. Mitigation process took a week and a half to complete and cost the condo HOA $2,400 and my out of pocket cost of $2,500 to repair the damage which took six (6) months to find someone to fix the damaged areas. Insurance claim went all the way to intercompany arbitration but because it was labelled he say/she says so the company avoided paying. I will never let anyone from this company do work in any property of mine even ongoing maintenance contract via the Property Management or HOA unless one or the other signs off on pre-work condition. I will give this company minus -1 star if I could. This company's sorry excuse for "customer service" inspired me to write this review. STEER CLEAR.
