It was easy to communicate with the company and scheduling the appointment was quick and smooth. Aaron arrived within an hour after my call, diagnosed the leak very quickly, and completed the repair efficiently as well. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. I also really appreciated how thoughtful he was about keeping a clean pathway for me and being careful around my plants. Our furnace misbehaved and James and assistant came came out the next day. They tested the machine and controls and tried a solution that didn’t work. They came back promptly the next day, tested again with the additional info and found the real problem. It was quickly fixed and we have reliable heat again. We’re very pleased with the good service.

Our heater stopped working this morning. I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and they came out the same day. These 2 guys were friendly, professional and they arrived at our house on time. I was very impressed with one of the technicians named James who diagnosed the problem within seconds. Our home is now warm and comfortable again. Trusted Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job of performing emergency service on my furnace. James and Aaron showed up within 90 minutes of my call. They did a fast and thorough job of troubleshooting the issue, explaining everything to me clearly and performing the fixes. They charged me an extremely fair price.
