Very last minute need. Gentleman showed up on time as stated, got the work done quickly and off he went!!! This was the 2nd day in a row we used The Professional Plumber. Will be our "Go-To"!

Assigned thru Angi. On time, very efficient and professional. Dustin my professional had Jacob in training and to watch them and hear the recommendations was awesome. Nice team! I will use them again for sure!

Called to have a toilet reseated with new wax ring. Tech stated talking about cutting holes in my ceiling. Price was over $400. I would never hire them. Particularly the tech that came out for the repair.

Yes, everything went well. In-N-Out no problems. Three weeks later, I called the neighborly, Plumbing, Dustin again because I had the same leak from the same Apex pipe and he wanted to charge me for a new leak which I didn’t think was fair when I call he said oh that Apex is old and that’s a new leak and it will cost a little over $400 I had already paid him the first time $290 so I told him that I don’t need his service anymore because I think it was very unfair for him to charge me and didn’t advise me that that section was old and all he had to do is replace that section altogether instead of putting a coupling in it so be aware hiring their services Dustin was a rip off

Scott, Tanner, and Dustin of PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER were simply outstanding. They arrived to the job precisely on time and ready to work. Everyone was professional, easy-going, and friendly. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. They worked quickly but with great care as they knocked out the next issue. A major foundation leak. Fixed. Pressure tested. Not a drop anywhere. They spent the rest of the day replacing a sewer main. Their work was again done with great care. Friendly, but no fooling around. They fixed every problem in a single day. Skill, knowledge, and caring together are a powerful combination. I have used three other local plumbers before and was not pleased. I am happy to give PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER my top rating. They got it done and done right. Thank you!

The service was excellent, the timing was perfect. But, the billing which I agreed to was a gross ripoff. I discovered that the pump was available at Home Depot for $259. That would be 2 hours labor for $800.00 What the hell! I have filed a claim with Angie. I did not know what the repair would cost and I knew more rain was on the way. I guess the individual who did the work was making $400/hour! Not a chance in hell. I do mind paying for service, but I was RIPPED OFF. Professional Plumbing will never be back. I will let everyone know the situation and I would hope Angie cancels your listing. This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. In fact your workman could use the money for his son's upcoming and periodic surgery. I know damn well he will get his usual rate of pay which as sure as Jesus knows, was with an unfair and totally inconsiderate payment. Thanks for the robbery by UNPROFESSIONAL plumbing.

Incredible experience with The Neighborly Plumber. Just had emergency shut off valves, connections to fixtures, and a toilet replaced today. They were communicative, punctual, and I loved that they explained the rationale behind different recommendations and offered a variety of options for solutions. The services were competitively priced. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service throughout the process, fixing a few additional problems that came up as well - I came out of my office and our second toilet (which had started leaking all over the floor but wasn’t on the list for them to worry about) was fixed. The two plumbers were thorough and efficient with their work, and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived. We will absolutely use them again in the future!

They made a stressful situation a lot LESS STRESSFUL,I am very pleased with this plumbing company. We had to replace our main water line, and they were fast to give a FREE ESTIMATE, they were so much friendlier than the other companies we contacted, and ended up being $1100 less than the other! Jessica in customer service is amazing. She took time to explain the process, answer all of our questions no matter the time. I felt comfortable knowing that they were genuinely trying to help us instead of selling us something we didn’t need, the same courtesy was offered from the technician that came out. They got it fixed within two days, and only took three hours to do the complete job. I will definitely be using this company again. 10 stars if I could!

Awesome experience! A new water heater was well over due, but we were holding on until the wheels fell off. Well, they fell off and The Neighborly Plumber (James and Nephew) was there to assist. Received a total of seven quotes and this company won the bid... reasonable pricing, amazing customer service, and very down to earth. An added plus for us is this is a family-owned company... so we were not being sold on things we did not need. Install had a very quick turn-around... same day. Now, we have hot water and do not have to wait 5 minutes; 26 year old water heaters take a while to heat the water...LOL. We'll utilize this company in the future due to this awesome experience. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The Cooper family is extremely happy with the service of the professional plumbers. In less than a week I was able to set up an appointment and get my pipe fixed! The team was super friendly, informative, effective, & efficient!!!! I am so happy 😁 my warranty company is partnered with them. By far the fastest I’ve seen a claim opened and closed so quickly. For sure I will use them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues. This team is A1! From Jessica the office assistant to the crew that showed up to the house I am pleased with everybody!!! I was very pleased wirh James and his team His knowledge and commitment to help me and my family get through this hurdle was more than a blessing. Not only did he go over and beyond . The circumstances were not easy for all, despite the stress, freezing weather conditions and time constraints, he showed up on time and fixed our urgent issue! From the beginning James and Jessica really helped me and I will never forget it. I will definitely continue to call him and cant refer him enough! Thanks so much for your careful knowledge 🙏 Im not sure if we overpaid but they were tg3 only ones that came out and repaired and replaced in a timely manner.

My first time using Angi to find anybody, and I was very pleased with my choice of plumbers. Despite the young age of the plumbers, I was impressed with their knowledge, skills, and customer service, which is a big concern of mine. They granted a 15% senior discount, which is always appreciated, and they didn't mind my looking over their shoulder and asking questions, which is also appreciated. Price? I don't know if I overpaid or not because they were the only contractor I talked to, so there's no one else to compare with. Would I recommend this contractor? Yes, with no doubt about the recommendation.

I wanted to jump on here and give some praise to The Professional Plumber. I had to reach out on my community page for recommendations and they were highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Jessica in dispatch answered my call on a Sunday morning. She was very knowledgeable and told me that an emergency visit wasn’t needed. She got me on their schedule the following day! Lee Blackburn came out to evaluate. He completed the job this morning after warranty parts arrived. Job was completed in a timely manner and pricing was fair. 5 out of 5 stars for the company and Lee!

Our kitchen drain had been clogged for a couple days, after attempting to remedy the situation our selfs we called Professional Plumbing late in the afternoon. They jumped right on the call, and was at the house in under an hour. Problem was diagnosed, tech ran to the store for the part we needed, and replaced it. Some additional work was needed to completely solve the issue which he did in a very professional manner. I highly recommend using this company if you're in need of Plumbing work!!
