Nick was awesome. Fixed the problem fast and professionally and after hours. Calling them every time.

Called them to come and give me an estimate for replacing my water heater. Their price was the best. Sosa and Landon arrived on time and went right to work. Everything was finished and cleared away in just over 3 hours. Both were professional and very personable. I would definitely recommend Paramount for any plumbing needs!

Nick and Fermin were right on time and completed the job within an hour. Very informative in explaining pricing and work to be done.

WARNING! DO NOT USE! BAIT AND SWITCH pros. Sad, because the techs are actually great. I approved a written estimate for a toilet replacement. After waiting 2 weeks, and scheduling the installation, I received a call that they only have a two piece toilet. I could get this one today for $100 off (what they said was the price difference) or wait even longer for the toilet I ordered. In need of the toilet, I said 'OK' if that was really the price difference. It turns out the two piece toilet is actually HALF as much and not at all the elongated one we ordered. I'm going to protest with my credit card company, but watch yourselves with these pro scammers.

The pictures are of a tankless unit that I paid for and later had to have removed. The technician spent 2 days troubleshooting to ultimately go back on his word that I could have thankless. He said my system couldn't support the tankless unit. Replaced with a cheaper large tank like before. Left modified piece including holes to my exterior. When asked about the $$$ difference being refund for the cheaper unit he stated it went to the additional hours worked. Wow! I took the loss just to get them out my place after 2 days headache. Buyer beware.

I Had initially wanted to go with this company to put in my hot water heater, because they put in my flood stop WHID device which was still working an After getting an initial estimate for a 50 gal lo boy $2379.50 , a tech came to do an inspection of the existing water heater and gave me an estimate $3025 because they could not re install the same flood stop they put in before, even though it wa still working, they had to put in another new one NEW one. The old one had cost $600 so I didn't understand why they could not re use the same flood stop. The technician Sosa said that he would send a detailed estimate broken down by labor, material costs and tax and the new flood stop device I had to buy. The written estimate was emailed to me as “dear Customer “ ( not even Personalized) and the estimate was still the same one lump sum of $3025. The tax was not even broken it out! I think it’s illegal for them not to tell you how much tax they’re charging you because it should be only material and not labor and material. . When I called the office, Jenifer said that she would get the technician to address this. I also reminded her that I had requested before the technician arrived to speak with the owner, Eric. I reiterated that I wanted to speak with Eric and Jenifer said that he was out in the field & would pass on the message. She also said that she would alert him to this request when she saw him which she said she didn't really didn't know when he would be in the office ( not sure why she could not call him that a customer wanted to talk to him?). So for almost a week, I tried to get a hold of the owner and get a detailed estimate. I finally has to tell her that I wanted a detailed estimate BEFORE I moved forward with the appointment. Finally. the day before they were to do the installation of my water heater the customer service manager called me. I explained to him that all I’m asking for is a detailed estimate that included labor material and tax broke out. He explained to me that it was a Not possible because their estimates were automatically generated by some computer program. I told him that was ridiculous and it was not unreasonable for me to ask for a estimate with labor and material items broken out. I also asked him about why the owner had not called me back. He explained to me that the owner does not deal with customers and that was his job. So if you want a company that won’t break down details of their estimate, or the owner won’t EVER call you back , according to the customer service manager, then This is your company! Just remember that if you have any problems with the product or the installation and this is the type of service they give you BEFORE they install the product, then it is doubtful they will improve on their service AFTER they take your money! A word of caution: if it’s THIS DIFFICULT just to get a detailed estimate just think how hard it would be if you have any problems with the installation or the product ! My guess is that it would be impossible to get fixed!

I wanted to take the time to send a shout out to the guys at Paramount Plumbing. We purchased our home when it was stripped down to the studs. While some plumbing was still in place, it was old black pipe with visible cracks, past leaks, and multiple patch repairs from prior owners. We received several estimates and ultimately chose Paramount Plumbing — and we’re so happy we did. Paramount completely re-plumbed our entire home with 100% new plumbing. They also installed sinks, showers, drains, toilets, vanities, hose spickets...everything. We had changed the floor plan significantly, added multiple bathrooms, an additional kitchen, a pantry with a sink, a main-floor laundry room, and ended up with five bathrooms total. They also jetted our main sewer line, which helped us avoid having to jackhammer the slab — a huge win. They recommended and replaced our water heater, repaired and replaced gas lines as needed, and even ran new gas lines to our 60-year-old fireplace. Their recommendations were greatly appreciated, and the quality of work was excellent. They also reccomended ways we could save on cost which is a really big deal when you have to do that much remodeling. Out of every contractor involved in our remodel, Paramount Plumbing was the only one who showed up every day, on time, and completed their work efficiently, timely and correctly. They took the time to do things the right way, and it genuinely felt like they cared about the quality and long-term reliability of their work. We built a large custom shower with four independent fixtures, and they executed it perfectly. I sleep better at night knowing the plumbing was done right. They were also the only contractor on our entire project who passed county inspection quickly and without issues. After the challenges we faced with other trades, Eric, Aiden, and Ferman from Paramount were the best part of our remodel experience. Highly recommend the guys at Paramount.

I am the property manager of a Condominium Association in Atlanta. About a year ago, the association determined that a change was needed regarding the building plumber. A Board Member and I initially met with Nick to tour the building and review its complex plumbing system. Since that time, Nick has served as the primary building plumber, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about him. Nick is consistently prompt, professional, and clear in his communication. He always takes the extra time—often an additional 5–10 minutes—to thoroughly explain issues and solutions in a way that is easy to understand, which is incredibly valuable when working with Boards and homeowners. Most recently, the association experienced a significant pipe burst. I immediately contacted Paramount Plumbing, and Nick was on-site within an hour. Upon arriving around 9:00 PM, he quickly assessed the situation and took immediate action. He worked diligently until nearly 5:00 AM, without complaint, ensuring the repairs were completed properly. Throughout the entire process, Nick kept both me and the Board President fully informed. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and exceptional communication were instrumental in managing a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Nick and Paramount Plumbing and am extremely grateful for the level of service, dedication, and reliability they consistently provide.

I’m am an Architect and resident at a townhome community in the heart of Buckhead who volunteers for our HOA to coordinate on site construction projects when they occur. We recently contracted with Paramount to have seven aging gas lines replaced; as well as spot painting of rusted areas on the meters. Each residence had its own unique challenges due to on-site conditions. Safety was our main concern as well as aesthetics since all of these lines are adjacent to the front entries of our traditional and varied architectural designs. Nick and Abel handled the work for Paramount which took 4 days. I’ve been an architect for over 45 years and these two young men have impressed me as much as any contractors I’ve ever worked with. They were professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, transparent, patient with individual homeowners; & able to explain things in a calm and understandable way to laymen. I’m a fan of them both and the organization they represent; and would recommend their services to anyone who is considering Paramount by reading these reviews. I feel like Nick & Abel have a bright future with Paramount; and could see them even running the place one day.👍 They were problems solvers too; & able to deal professionally with a couple of unique personalities in our community; and diffuse concerns they had. Again the work was exemplary.

Absolutely terrible experience with Paramount Plumbing. We paid almost $500 for an emergency Saturday visit because we had NO hot water with 2 toddlers, 2 dogs, and a busy household. The technician was great, but the repair could not be completed because a part was needed. We were told the part was ordered and would arrive within 3 days. Days later, after still hearing nothing, my husband called and discovered the part was NEVER ORDERED. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unbelievably rude and had zero customer service skills. After SIX DAYS without hot water, the part finally arrived Friday — and because of THEIR failure to order it on time, we ended up needing another emergency visit and were charged another $400+. So due to THEIR mistake and lack of accountability, we paid nearly $1,000 total. Management took zero ownership. No real apology. No accountability. Nothing. Again, the technician himself was professional and kind throughout all of this, but the company overall was an absolute nightmare to deal with. There are too many plumbing companies out there to waste your money on one that treats customers like this.

GREAT company!!! Especially, Nick. (I hope I remembered his name correctly). I needed to have a 50 gallon water heater installed. (A different company told me it was not possible). Nick from Paramount came by, looked at the job, and said “no problem”. What I appreciated most about Nick and Paramount (outside of getting the job done) was their honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality. I had a unique situation where I needed to time this job perfectly. That was dependent / contigent on Nick arriving on time and finishing the job when he said he would. That is exactly what happened. So, if you value good work ethic, punctuality, professionalism, and knowledgeable technicians who can think outside the box and not afraid of difficult assignments then ask for Nick from Paramount. I truly believe, Nick is a rare type of worker / man. As the saying goes “his word is his bond” (just my humble opinion based on my experience).

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The technician came out initially, was in my home for about 30 minutes, and then told me they didn’t have the proper tools to diagnose the issue. They left and returned a week later, but that visit only lasted around 15 minutes. Despite spending less than an hour total in my home across both visits, I was charged for two full hours at $225 per hour. That feels excessive and, frankly, predatory. There was no transparency upfront about billing in this way, and the charges don’t reflect the actual time or service provided. I understand that companies need to make money, but this kind of billing practice leaves a really bad impression. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and would encourage others to ask very detailed questions about pricing before agreeing to any service. A 500$ bill and still no answer on what the problem is.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Overdue review as I've used this company for over 1.5yrs - it's a hard world of "who can you trust" yet Paramount Plumbing is the best. I've been extremely pleased by their professionalism, expertise and overall kindness in handling one emergency, and a few service issues. Fermin uncovered and fixed an HVAC blockage that SLAM Plumbing recommended I spend $1000 and go into the wall to "fix" but wasn't sure if would fix it or not. Unreal. Fermin and Jason deserve special shout out and recognition for their overall knowledge, expertise and how they helped in the various situations. Thank you all for being easy to schedule with, quick to action (at least in my experience), great to work with, trustworthy, and overall fantastic company!

The most unprofessional plumber I have ever worked with. None of the workers spoke English which wouldn't be a problem except they could not answer questions about the work taking place in my home. When they completed the sump pump install, they didn't test it to ensure it was plugged in and I flooded my home the very first night I moved in. The owner came after hours to pump it out for us but was rude, clearly inconvenienced, bothered, and yelled at me. The sump pump they installed for me was a refurbished unit that they did not disclose to me. It broke 11 months after install. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this company, ever.
