“From start to finish Rant and Dylan took great care of us. They explained everything they were doing, were very professional and friendly. They did a nice clean job on all the plumbing (and I'm a remodel contractor so that's high praise) and left everything cleaner than they found it.”

“On Friday morning, my gas water heater sprung a leak at the bottom and needed to be replaced. I called some local plumbers. One by one they said either they'd come around 6pm or they didn't handle gas units. [Robert & Ian] are absolutely worth it!”

What reviewers report — the concerns
Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Upsell pressure reported: tech quoted $900 hydro-jet for a clogged drain without scoping it first, then pitched a new water heater — issue resolved by a competitor for under $100 same day
“Called for a clogged kitchen sink drain, tech did not scope the drain and just assumed that it was a grease clog and could only be fixed with a hydro jet. Quoted almost $900 for the hydro jet and he also tried to sell me a new water heater lol. I had another company come out the same day and fixed the problem for less than $100.”
Red flag
Surprise-fees theme tagged in 1 review (themeCounts.surprise_fees=1); 1-star reviewers cite misleading '$93 or free' promotional deal used as a foot-in-the-door tactic

Quoted almost $900 for the hydro jet and he also tried to sell me a new water heater lol. I had another company come out the same day and fixed the problem for less than $100.”
Pricing complaints in 3 reviews: one reviewer called them 'overpriced,' another paid nearly $900 for a hydro-jet quote before getting the same drain fixed elsewhere for under $100

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Didn't even try to look at the issue we had with the bathtub, wanted to tear out the kitchen wall. Did not look at the stems for the hot and cold water, did not try to figure out if we had a clogged pipe. Just said it would cost us $1225 to tear the wall out and repair it. No thank you. This cost us a $49 service call.”
“Steer clear of this company. They seriously overcharged for the repair they did after I had already completely dug up the pipe break. Then they charged my credit card $100 more than the correct charge. They only refunded $99 of the $100 overcharge. Then they refused to give me the military discount they advertise. We will not be doing business with this company in the future and neither should you!”
“I had a water leak in the yard very near the water meter. They came out and visually inspected the leak and gave an estimate of $1700. I was shocked that the estimate was for extensive digging ($900) and line repair ($700) when one can see the issue was isolated and only a few feet down. I did not accept the estimate. Everyone I told about the estimate (retired plumber friend, neighbors, water company rep) laughed …”

Jeff R and Camden did an amazing job with the installation!! Very thorough, job site cleaned up, super polite. You can tell this company takes pride in their work and employees. Thank you!”
