I have worked with TB Plumbing for a couple of years now and found them to be extremely professional and courteous. They always take care to do an excellent job which has given me the confidence to hire them for some of my larger home projects. Jacob in particular is top notch, super respectful and treats my home like its his own.

I was BLOWN AWAY by our service with Jacob Sapp at TampaBay Plumbing. Last weekend we had issues with our bathroom replacement of the shower handle, spout and the cartridge needed to be replaced. When we called Jacob was SO kind and patient on the phone and so pleasant. He was upfront on weekend costs and came over within an hour. As a new homeowner I wanted to learn what I did wrong with my replacement of parts and Jacob patiently and kindly explained EVERY step and explained industry best practice and things to watch out for. He completed the job and did not miss a single step. He cleaned up and tested the completed work. I was so pleased with the work he did and more over the service he provided. Then come this weekend, our toilet backed up and I texted him to get a quote. Jacob replied in less than 1 minute of me texting him and sent me a quote and quickly arranged to come back out tomorrow. While we had a great plumber, we are now converting to Tampa Bay Plumbing and staying with Jacob! Thank you guys for your exceptional service.

Matt worked with me over the phone to replace my elderly parents' toilet which had been leaking for many months. He was a great communicator, professional, and he scheduled the work quickly. He even tried to help my dad fix the TV. Very kind. I will use them again in the future 100%

A young man was sent out to help me with a nonfunctional bathtub drain . He had a lot of trouble and another young man joined him. Together they still struggled and as this was the day before thanksgiving , I assumed they would liKely give up and want to leave without completing the job. That's exactly what happened. The first one said he had to leave and the other was really rude when I asked hiM to please complete the job as my little guy was suffering a groin injury and needed to bathe. His attitude was horrible and he did eventually say he had to leave as well but he left a heavy drAin that would at least allow the tub to fill. He was very aggressive in nature. After the holiday a really smart, respectful, nice guy showed up and completed the job within an hour. I would never use this company again because I wouldn't want to risk getting the new kid who knew nothing or the angry asshole who just didn't want to do the job anyway. I'm giving 2 stars for the guy who finished the job - he was very pleasant to work with and would have loved to give that fellow 5 stars.

I feel so fortunate to have had this company recommended to me. Ive had issues with my cast iron lines for 1.5 years and have had MANY different plumbers come to my house do the bare minimum and have back up the following day and try tell me that they dont guarantee their work. $ 500-1000 each time is just beyond ridiculous for such a company to not try to make things right to a paying customer... Robbie and Chuck were my service men, THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Ive never had guys that genuinely cared for the way I had been living with my plumbing issues.I went over a month that I could not shower, could not use the bathrooms and had to start using plastic utensils in fear that the water back ups which occurred so rapidly with water use, would continue to cause damage in my house and come up dirty. These men are THOROUGH!!!! Thank you so much from the depths of my heart Both gentlemen were clean with their work and informative. Worked very efficiently together and went the extra mile for me. This was my 2nd Hydro-jetting done in less than 2 months. Robbie snaked my lines from ALL access points, did a Pre-wash then ran a camera to see my lines conditions. My graduated was extended when I saw them Hydro-Jetting from every line and not just my main line (like the last company)...even my roof stack vent! I was even provided with the videos taken from each line. All my lines had so much built up and are in bad condition that im sure that was the reason I kept having issues- minimal work from past companies to have them keep coming out...WHICH DOES NOT build life long customers! Tampa Bay Plumbing has a life long customer with me and as a Realtor I WILL CONTINUE to recommend to my associates and clients to call TB Plumbing!!!! This construction industry is hard to find great services. Take my word Robbie and Chuck will earn your trust in their work. Thank you guys soooooo much!

Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn't be able to get home till 3 o'clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today's society it's so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water. He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It's amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. Every homeowners nightmare came true for us yesterday when we discovered a water leak in the middle of our living room floor. We were thankfully referred to Tampa Bay Plumbing by our insurance company. We had never used them before, so we were hoping for the best. They were on the job within 30 minutes of the call for help. First one truck then the second. The team carefully reviewed the situation (we had cut the water off to the house already) and coordinated with my husbands knowledge of our home, and soon decided we needed to find the dedicated pipe to the hose bibs to stop the flood in the house. Shovels came out and knees got dirty - but within an hour the underground villain had been discovered, capped off and life was restored to normal. What could have been a very expensive and stressful experience was resolved in miraculous fashion by this team of professional - (absolutely stand up guys) - super plumbers. Thank you Robbie, Kyle + Austin. We'll be using Tampa Bay Plumbing from now on! Great job you guys!!!

Mike from Tampa Bay Plumbing came out to my mother in-law's condo after a backup in the sewer line. There was an awful mess in multiple rooms, we called endless plumbers in the area with no luck getting someone out in a short period of time. Tampa Bay Plumbing had Mike out in about an hour! He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. He even took the time to reassure my mother in-law her washer was fine (she's a bit of a germaphobe) so this incident was the end of the world for her! lol It's hard to find reputable companies and workers that take pride in their work, but this is definitely one of them! If you need a plumber, call Tampa Bay Plumbing! We have their number saved! Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for hiring great employees!

Called in make a non emergency service appointment. Was told a two hour window, did not happen. Was given a later two hour window, did not happen. Was given a time and finally showed up 45 minutes after said time. Sent a camera down the line. Screen was about 4 inches wide and scratched so badly I could really see nothing. Tech said I had three options. First to run liner at appox 20K, second to run new line from foundation to street because of roots, 5K and then third to hydrojet systen at 2K. I called another company. They had a camera with a 12 inch screen clear as day. No roots! Did see a pair of ladies leak proof undies in the line and removed them. System works fine. My mother-in-law will not do this again.

We recently had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend in a common area of our condominium complex. We called Tampa Bay plumbing . This is the first time we use them and we were extremely happy with the response, quality of the work and the price. The service tech was Bairam. He was knowledgeable and very professional. This one service call and turned into multiple projects. Bairam has handled all of the projects and I'm very happy with the quick response and he always returns phone calls. If you are looking for a plumbing company in the Clearwater Beach area, I would suggest giving Tampa Bay plumbing call. And I also want to thank Bairam for all the work he is done.

What a top notch company! Fantastic experience from booking my first appointment to finishing the job. I interacted with 4 or 5 different employees and all were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. I called the first time on a Monday morning, my call was answered and they were able to fit me in that day. I had two backed up sinks which they came out to inspect and hopefully fix. They realized an old cast iron pump was corroded and recommended replacing the section with PVC. I received a quote for the work later that day and was able to schedule them the following week to complete the job. They showed up within the time frame both times and were very efficient!

Our gas tankless hot water heater developed a major problem that even the manufacturer could not figure out but Kyle Danner with Tampa Bay Plumbing jumped in and figured out the problem and got us up and running (hot water) again. Not only was Kyle smart and efficient but he had a friendly personality and took the time to explain things. I appreciate the effort and tip my hat to Tampa Bay Plumbing for a fine job well done. Their pricing was fair and very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company without a reservation at all. The next time I need a plumber, I know exactly who I am going to call. I had the bright idea that I could change our shower cartridge. Would've been just fine if that thing wasn't stuck in there like it had been cemented in. Then I find myself in the dog house because when I put it back together the water was running out of the faucet like Niagara Falls. A quick call to Zach at Tampa Bay Plumbing and next thing I know, Charles was at my house with his trusty magic bucket of tools fixing my shower. Charles had my shower fixed and me out of the doghouse in less than an hour. Big (huge) thank you for the quick response, professional service and empathy for my situation. Well done and you'll be on my permanent list of trusted businesses.

What a great job in replacing our other water heater. Bairam and Cody were clean, well spoken, above an beyond work, knowledgeable and left absolutely no mess upon leaving the job. We would "highly" recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing for any work that would be needed in the Tampa Bay area. They never shortcut any part of installing our new water heater as seen in the picture. We are very grateful for this company and the work that was performed at our home. Another great job from Tampa Bay Plumbing. They're technician "Michael" came out and did another wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs or repairs.
