Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joey came out on a Saturday to replace a toilet that was installed with the house. Joey was very professional, work was done quickly and left the work site clean. I highly recommend this business.

Michael was top notch! Came in with an incredible attitude and myself being a maintenance supervisor he listened to what I had to say about the situation and took in my thoughts on his decision to addressing the issue. Mike is everything a plumber should be; punctual, professional, courteous, and has great technical knowledge. It has been a long time since I have seen someone love their job this much. Whatever Roto Rooter is paying him, it isn't enough. I had water filling up my hallway the night before and I did not know the source. Mike methodically narrowed it down and found out it was a main sewer line blockage, potentially saving me thousands. He cleared the blockage and had me assist in testing the line multiple times so I had peace of mind that the repair was solid and I would have no more flooding. I actually tried to hire a local mom and pop plumber claiming to be a "24/7 emergency plumber." Called at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and the person who answered didn't even use the business's name, just "hello?" Said he would call me back in two seconds. Got a text a half hour later saying no one could come out until the next day. I told him to disregard and called the name I have known since childhood and I am so glad I did. Big box doesn't mean small heart, at least in this case. Go with the pros at Roto Rooter (ask for Mike and thank me later) and rest assured your plumbing issues will be handled quickly and correctly.

I was informed by the representative that this company will not service propane water heaters.

Had leak from garbage disposal vacation rental so had to resolve it.Came out very fast lol 700.$$ to replace decided to remove disposal still cost 500$$ will not recommend this plumber to expensive.Guess not looking for repeat business own my unit 25 yrs.

Today my plumbing technicians were Jack and Koli. Both the gentleman were very professional and took the time to repair my issue of replacing the hot water cartridge in one of my showers. The service was great and I now have plenty of hot water flowing through the shower again. Both gentlemen walked me through all the different steps and kept me up to date throughout the service which I truly appreciate. Jack was also helpful in talking to me about a future water heater replacement and I am definitely going to give a call when I'm ready for it. Thank you very much and I will continue to use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Mr Keli 5 Stars! We had a great experience with this plumber. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem efficiently. I was working from home while he was here and he was extremely respectful of my space. My husband wasn’t home during the visit, but I felt completely comfortable and safe the whole time, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both professional and genuinely friendly, but he definitely was. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable, respectful, and great at what they do! 👏🔧

I had massive block up that was affecting all my upstairs plumbing. Water was overflowing from one bathroom after I got it contained I called Roto Rooter. They sent out Edor in less than 2 hours and in an hour he got everything cleared and cleaned up. He was knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done right away. He was very respectful and handled himself professionally. If I ever have another need I will be requesting Edor. 5 stars across the board for the company and the tech the sent out!!

Michael from Roto-Rooter came to my home and immediately assessed what the issue was. Unfortunately, since the issue is with the half pipe on my roof and Roto-Rooter no longer offers this option as part of their services. Although, Michael was great and immediately diagnosed the issue after explaining the situation to him. He provided a great background on the issue and was able to point me in the right direction to getting it fixed. I appreciate Michael for his efforts!

After two other plumbers I finally found one who understood my problem then solved it ! How refreshing ! My 10yr old pressure regulator was bad, causing the pressure relief valve to flood my yard. Mike at Roto Rooter figured it out , replaced the regulator when others wanted to dig up my yard and install a regulator at the backflow valve underground. At a tremendous expense ! As you can see clean efficient job.

Keli was absolutely phenomenal and did his very best to resolve the issue we were having. He spent hours at our house removing the toilet, searching for the camera outside, and finally leaving the place clean when he left, which was especially appreciated. He was super friendly with our cats which is always a bonus, and we will definitely call you guys in the future due to his performance. Thank you Keli!!!

They were fast and professional. Egor was great. The price was not. AI tells me a faucet installation alone should be somewhere from $150 to $400. This faucet installation cost more than that range so definitely pricey. The job was done well but probably won’t go with this company again due to the high price. Willing to delete/edit my review if they could adjust the price to something more reasonable.

Mike and Glen did a great job...Great personalities and very professional. They cleaned up after they completed the job... Explained about the new hot water heater and answered all my questions...They removed old hot water heater and also the shelf it was sitting on and installed new hot water heater that now stands on the floor. I definitely will call them again if I need something done at the house.

Mike did an amazing job of helping us clear a clog we had in our main drain. He got us a really good discount and make sure everything was up and running again. We have called other plumbing companies before, but this is by far the best experience and best price for the service that we have received. If we have any other plumbing problems in the future, we would love for Mike to come out again.
