Grady came out for a sprinkler head issue and found my pipe had cracked and showed me the damage. Quick fix for the pipe and the sprinkler head was replaced. Thanks for the help!

Great company called on a Saturday and they came out rhe same day and fixed a hot water heater leak under our house. Dustin was an incredibly great guy very efficient and had us back up and running very quickly. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I want to thank T &T plumbing for the great work. You see our hot water heater was leaking all over the place in our laundry room. I started to panic cause that's what I do. And my husband knew who to call...no other than T&T plumbing. Toby was the one that came to the call, but anyone from that company I would highly recommend. I can't thank Toby and the rest of the guys at T&T plumbing which were back at the home office for all the help in getting Toby and us what was needed to get this job done. I love T&T plumbing. Thanks for being such a great company with great customer service. It really shows that you care about the job and the customer. It's nice to still see that in a company. After a great first service call, we had another issue and needed to call them again a few months later. We were asking for a solution to getting hot water to the far end of the house faster, as we haul water, and running 50 gal down the drain waiting for it to get hot is expensive. They recommended and installed some kind of circulating pump thingy that attaches to the water heater, and when switched on (has a timer so you can set various times for it to be active) hot water instantly comes out of the faucet in the far corner of the house. Don't know how it works, but it works great! We never would have thought of that solution, but it solved our problem to a T! Highly recommend their technician Grady.

Called T&T on Wednesday and Todd called me back on Thursday to come and see what repairs needed to be done. Our old washer line were leaking and needed to be replaced. Todd looked at everything, told me exactly what he was going to do, and gave me a price for it all. Todd ended having to do more as my water lines were in bad shape. He made sure everything was not leaking, cleaned up, and made everything look presentable. He was very honest, took his time to make sure it was right, was extremely friendly, and did not charge extra for the extra he needed to do. I am extremely pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you again!!

We are out of towners from Houston working on a rental property. We called on T&T to install a new gas range and dishwasher. The delivery was late throwing us off our schedule and we had to cancel our appointment. With only one day before having to return home they efficiently rescheduled our appointment on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Grady was the plumber they sent to do the work and he was great. He is a very nice young man and got the job done on one afternoon which was a challenge because it is an older house that needed some modifications to adapt to the new appliances.
