The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Do not hire this person for a ductless minisplit system, he is dishonest and work is below industry standard. He installed the system incorrectly, including 4 leaks in the copper lines, and did not detect the leaks upon installation. After those leaks were fixed, his leak detection system continued to be inaccurate, and he cut holes in my new drywall to try to locate leaks behind the drywall that did not exist. …”
Positive
“Ulysses diagnosed and repaired my furnace very quickly. They were very willing to deal with my warranty company as well. Great folks and very decent to work with.”
“Elias was very knowledgeable and solved our heating issue quickly! He was friendly and helped us to understand how the furnace works and how he identifies the issue. He went above and beyond! Also, Kay reached out to us quickly to schedule the appointment. Supreme Home Services provided great customer service and I would highly recommend using them!”
