Super Brothers was great and I'd recommend selecting them as your vendor. Their estimate was provided quickly and accurately, even without coming to the house. I really appreciated that they included eligible rebates in the quote that ended up saving us more than we would have going with another vendor and they did all that work for us! The installation team was on time, professional, and efficient. We were very happy with their work and the new electric heat pump water heater has been working great so far!

What an outstanding technician Andrii was. For context - my 87yo Nana lives far enough from me that it's quite difficult for me to regularly go do house maintenance for her. I'm a mechanical engineer, but plumbing is one those things I will not do because failure causes huge damage. But I'm also always worried someone is going to take advantage of my Nana since I'm paying the bill and not there to ask questions. I considered going low tier low cost no-name contractor because money is tight during the holidays.. but I took a chance with Super Brothers Plumbing. Andrii - our plumber - went above and beyond and was extremely patient with my Nana and my elderly mother. He gave a quote which I approved - and then according to my mother he did a a couple extra things around the house that he noticed were fixes he could do in the moment. Bravo! As man trying to care for his family but works full time and can't always be there, that is invaluable thing he gave my family. The level of professionalism, the quality of the repair, and courtesy that Andrii provided to my Nana (I am always hesitant to have someone come in the house when I'm not there) was refreshing and I will continue to use Super Brothers Plumbing for all future repairs because of this. Great work guys, 10/10. Someone give Andrii an award :)

I called for an estimate and help choosing a new water heater. I was promptly provided with a quote and educated on different options and with their help made a decision with a unit that was most appropriate for my family. Boris was my installer and he communicated very well and was very professional. The work performed was executed very well. During the process Boris informed me of what was happening and even taught me how to use the unit most effectively. I am very grateful for their service! Thank you I highly recommend.

Kitchen sink was backed up. I checked the trap and removed the clean out plug under the sink. Plumber run auger down the pipe and cleared the blockage. Was on site for 1 hour+travel time? I did contact 4 other companies but didn't even get a call back from 3 and the other could not come out for at least a day. Called Super Bros and they got someone out within a couple hours. Price was high but problem solved. Super Bros changed out my water heater a few years back and I had forgotten about them.

Excellent experience! They were quick to reply at my first inquiry. They were very communicative. They were quick to replace my water heater (1st business day). There was a small issue that they promptly addressed the very next morning. Their pricing was also lower than others (which included a permit). Others said that permit would be extra. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had Super Brothers do a couple projects for me, and they are great. Solid communication from the office, friendly techs, and clean, professional work. It’s nice to have a company that can do installs with plumbing and electrical systems without needing to coordinate multiple vendors.

Looking for a plumber with great skills that don't add up additional in needed work and costs. I recommend this company they are so knowledgeable and priced reasonable. i hahave had them change toilets, faucets and fix leaks!!

Though the technician was unable to resolve the issue today, they connected with an outside support technician who is sending me a new part to helpfully resolve the issue in the future.
