I scheduled my appointment and I received a text notification when they were arriving. Our toilet was running and they quickly assessed the problem and replaced our fill valve. They also fixed another problem of a low water level in toilet tank with another toilet. That was a quick fix. Patrick and Dylan were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Sunwave Plumbing.

Ben was great to work with. Very personable and made recommendations that would save us time and money before he even started the work. The work itself took hours and two additional team members (Gareth and Thomas) who were also great. Hoping to not need them much, but when the next inevitable plumbing crisis arises I'll be contacting Sunwave.

These men are beyond amazing! Their work ethic and professionalism are incredible and they diagnosed and fixed our well pipe leak, replaced our failed well pump, replaced our water heater, and more all in one day. And they could not have been nicer. Also, their teammate who answers the phone and handles their schedules, and billing and more is also beyond the best. We can’t thank you all enough for being our heroes! Highly recommend.

Sunwave Plumbing is outstanding! When we experienced a sewer pipe backup the day before Christmas Eve, their office staff quickly scheduled an early appointment for us. They called ahead and even arrived sooner than expected. The team efficiently diagnosed the problem, located the source of the blockage, and cleared it out promptly. They worked cleanly, were impressively quick, and their pricing was very fair. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.

Gill and Dylan did an amazing job replacing a very old toilet that was affixed to a cast iron flange (also replaced). They were prompt, communicative about pricing, efficient and courteous, left the work site in immaculate condition, and went above and beyond my expectations for this work.
