The team that replaced the 40 year old heat pump on my new house was amazing. The technicians, Bryce, Josh, and Brandon were quick and professional and walked me through the whole process before they started, as they were working, and after completion. My rep, Gabe, checked in every step of the way to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied. Overall, an easy and stress free experience. Even if ACs are stupidly expensive.

This was the first time we had used Summers PHC. The representative on the phone was very pleasant. She gave us an estimate for the cost of the job and an estimated time for when the technician would arrive. Then she called when he was on the way. Their technician Ricky came out to unclog our tub drain. He was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job, got the tub drain working properly and cleaned the tub and room very well before leaving. We will definitely use Summers again for plumbing repairs and needs. We recommend them without hesitation.

I called today and the operator was going to schedule me for an appointment for tomorrow. She singed the urgency and immediately schedule me for a service call. They charged me $99 for a drain clean and surprisingly it was exactly that taxes included and know hidden cost like I expected. I dealt with a service tech it but the name of Enrique Chavez! He was very polite, understanding m, and a great communicator. Undoubtedly I will call them again if I need any of the services they provide.

I slid off the road and got stuck. A worker coming down the road took the time to help me, we didn't have anything, but a beach shovel. He did everything he could til another truck showed up with a strap to pull me out. I didn't get his name, but noticed his hoodie had the logo. To whoever that was thank you sincerely. Your kindness will always be appreciated.
