Olivia did great job! She was very polite and knowledgeable . She answered our concerns and even gave us tips on how to prolong the life of our toilets, water heater. She was GREAT. And we were very comfortable with her being in our home. Was concerned about wasting our water too. She flushed our water heater without using to much water. Thanks Olivia!!

Leo did a fantastic job with an emergency repair of a pipe leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon. Summers in Broad Ripple dispatched him quickly and the work was completed within an hour and a half of my call. Leo was very professional and skilled. I was so impressed that I purchased a plumbing Service Maintenance plan!

In reply to Summers: We tried to resolve it 4 times separate times. If you dont listen 4 times what makes the 5th different? Over zealous in a way I dont appreciate. They will always try and sell you more and more product or services. They will call early which maybe some appreciate but I have told them 4 separate times, "I appreciate the gesture, but I have a scheduled time for a reason", 4 times I have told them, "please, don't call me before 12pm, I work third shift, please call my fiance". 4 times they have told me, "we are so sorry, we'll put notes on your account and this wont happen again!", yet this morning again, call from summer about 10am. They are constantly pestering me for more appointments, for a subscription service, or servicing. Calls and texts fairly regularly to ask when they can come work in my house. All of my equipment is brand new to this house. I have the summers subscription through the rest of the year, I wont use it, Ill call a company that listens to their customers.

Fast efficient service from Dale. He was well equipped and got the job done quickly. I had a pipe burst at the plastic freezing prevention poly pipe that was put in about a year and a half ago to prevent pipes bursting. Interesting that this method does not work and i end up with a remediation bill plus $$650.00 to get rid of the plastic pipe. I would not recommend this freeze prevention to anyone.
