“In reply to Summers: We tried to resolve it 4 times separate times. If you dont listen 4 times what makes the 5th different? Over zealous in a way I dont appreciate. They will always try and sell you more and more product or services. They will call early which maybe some appreciate but I have told them 4 separate times, "I appreciate the gesture, but I have a scheduled time for a reason", 4 times I have told them, …”

“Olivia did great job! She was very polite and knowledgeable . She answered our concerns and even gave us tips on how to prolong the life of our toilets, water heater. She was GREAT. And we were very comfortable with her being in our home. Was concerned about wasting our water too. She flushed our water heater without using to much water. Thanks Olivia!!”
