Daniel did excellent job . He was on time and very professional . He explained to me what he did to fix my kitchen sink . I would recommend him and use him for any future service needed in the future .

What an amazingly awesome experience! 5 stars, wish it could be 6. We called for a clog under the kitchen sink in some Ancient, galvanized steel pipes. The house is just that old. They quoted us a price after getting someone out to look through our crawl space as well for removal and replacement of our pipes. We used their link for financing and went through a simple process to get financing, and we were given an option of 18 months with no interest among others. The two men that came out to do the repair had some unfortunate luck and found a few extra issues when installing the new pipe. They took their breaks, but kept at it until it was done. 8.5 hours after they arrived. Professional the entire time. Excellent attitudes and superb work ethic. If we have any other plumbing issues in the house, I know Exactly who I am going to call. I cannot praise them enough for the work they did for our family.

All the showers and toilets in our home would not drain and when I ran the washer the water backed up through our toilet in the guest room and water was everywhere! It was fairly obvious our mainline drain was plugged. I called a plumbing company I had worked with before but they could not be out until the next day. I looked up other plumbing companies and I saw Roto Rooter had good reviews so even though it was late in the day I called them. To my surprise they said they could have a technician out in about an hour and a half and he would assess what was need to fix the problem and give me a price. If I did not like the price he would leave and there would not be any charge. Well a technician named Jalen came out, said he believed the mainline was blocked and he gave me the price. I asked him to go ahead and he worked hard for two hours getting the line unblocked. Jalen was courteous, knowledgeable, and did one heck of a job solving the plumbing problem. He cleaned up neatly when he was done and was a pleasure to have in our home. He is a credit to his company! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any of your plumbing needs and if needed I will use them again. If you get Jalen as your technician that would be an added bonus!

Made an appointment because id lost all hot water pressure, and finding a plumber on a Sunday is impossible. Our tech David came out, was extremely polite, and even more important knowledgeable. David explained to me exctally what needed done, and gave me a full price break down, then got to work. The entire time David kept me up to date with what was going on, and his progress. He got the work done in a timely manner, and even gave me some tips on future matenatiance to help avoid problems in the future. The experience with Roto-ruter was good, but David made it amazing.
