I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I had to come on here and write one for Scott. This guy is awesome, our heat has been working on and off and we were trying to figure out why. Scott took the time to explain everything to me,and also took an extended amount of time thoroughly checking everything to find the problem. If anything goes wrong in the future I will personally be asking for Scott,if everyone was as nice and professional as this guy the world would be a much better place! Give him a huge raise, thank you scott!
This was my first time using strada services in Nashville and I am beyond happy with the service I got! Everyone was quick and responsive in the office for scheduling. The plumbers that came out to my house (Dax and Brandon) were excellent and really worked with me to get my insurance claim approved. They really went above and beyond. The HVAC technician that came out was also very pleasant and polite. I have never met a group of people so kind in this industry. Thank you!!
This was by far one of the best service appointments I have had since living in TN. Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with and very informative. He really helped me understand what was going on with our house and what we need to do for next steps. Will 100% be requesting him again for future support. Freddie also came by last week to support our AC system and get it recharged. They both made me feel extremely comfortable with them in my home. Thanks again!
I was referred to this company by American Home Shield due to a 9-year-old malfunctioning water heater and a dripping bathtub faucet. While the technician himself was very polite and professional, the service process raised serious concerns. The technician arrived and first looked at my tub faucet. He commented that it was “the slowest drip” he had ever seen, took a photo, and did not physically touch or inspect the faucet at any point. I explained that this issue had occurred before and that there was a prior service call for the same problem. We then moved on to the water heater. I shared that my husband had removed the panel and noticed the top thermostat was warm. Again, the technician only took a photo and did not inspect or touch the unit. He then returned to his truck to call American Home Shield, which was surprising since no inspection had been performed. When he came back inside, he stated that AHS would not cover either the water heater or the dripping faucet due to cold weather. When I asked how that determination could be made without an inspection, he was unable to provide an explanation. However, he did have a prepared invoice for approximately $2,000 for the company to complete the work privately. The entire visit lasted about 30 minutes. Given the lack of inspection, the immediate denial of coverage, and the ready-made invoice, the experience felt highly unprofessional and raised serious ethical concerns. I would strongly advise homeowners to ask detailed questions and proceed with caution.
WOULD RATE A NEGATIVE 0 IF I COULD. AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SENT THESE JANKY PLUMBERS TO MY HOUSE. THE FIRST PLUMBER ADMITTED TO ONLY BEING ON JOB FOR 3 WEEKS, HE MISDIAGNOSED MY WATER HEATER ISSUE ALL TOGETHER! AFTER 2 WEEKS OF GOING BACK AND FORTH, AHS APPROVED THEM TO REPLACE IT. NOW ON PLUMBER NUMBER 2. INSTALLS MY WATER HEATER AND LEAVES THE WATER LINES UNCOVERED. WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD BY THE WAY! 2 WEEKS LATER, HERE COMES PLUMBER NUMBER 3. CAME TO FIX WHAT PLUMBER 2 FAILED TO DO.SAYS HES ONLY BEEN WITH STRADA FOR A WEEK! CAME TO COVER MY WATER LINES. AND NOW I DON’T HAVE ANY HOT WATER.I CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!! IT’S FRIDAY NIGHT. NO IDEA WHAT TO DO BETWEEN NOW AND MONDAY, BOTTOM LINE, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY!
This company was sent by my home warranty company. $130 for the tech to show up. The technician arrived around quarter to noon and was here until almost 4:30pm.. to do NOTHING. First he tried to convince me that the dripping sound was mechanical, then he tried to say it "sounded like a timer". I told him that yes, it did sound rhythmic but I don't have a metronome or a timer in the wall. He said "all washing machines have timers". Yes, for the cycle.. but not a dripping noise between the walls. My washing machine never had a "timer sound" before.. so how did that noise just show up? And why is it BETWEEN THE WALLS and only on the drain cycle? My favorite part was when the tech said "well I can't see where it's leaking, so I don't know what to tell you." Uh, I can't see inside the walls either, that's why I called YOU. Aren't you supposed to have a pipe scope?? Then he looked at the garbage disposal and tried to say that I need a "specialty rebuild" to install a new garbage disposal, which would cost $1000. When I asked the home warranty company what the model # was, I found the item (garbage disposal) at home depot for $107. How on earth could it cost 1k?? You're not sweating copper and the bag of pipes for the ptrap is like $12. The math isn't mathing. Then he knocked over my vacuum cleaner and broke it, which is another $150. Then the tech says "well I can do it for you for $500". Yeah? Well I can do it by going to Home depot and buying the garbage disposal for $107. Thanks for nothing. He couldn't figure out how to turn off the water either, which I've known how to do since I was 22. Main water: box in the yard. Water at the sink: angle stops. You can turn the water off at the water heater too, if you wanna get crazy. So if a girl, who was 22 years old can figure out how to turn off the water, I think YOU can figure out how to do your JOB as a PLUMBER. And he couldn't figure out how to take the photos on his company ipad. So no, I don't trust the advice of someone who has no idea what's going on. Choose a different company this one is trash. Then he says "thanks for understanding" about breaking my vacuum.. that's still so new I still have the box i haven't thrown away. Great. He was at the house 4 hours and didn't even manage to unclog the sink. ZERO STARS. (This "service call" was March 25) Edit** To date, i STILL do not have a working kitchen sink. Strada sent someone to install the garbage disposal- that was covered by the warranty the whole time.. he installed it improperly which caused the dishwasher to flood under the sink the first time I used out after he left. They were scheduled to come out a third time, but the tech canceled the call stating that "no one was there" even though my mom sat at the house ALL DAY waiting. I checked the video cameras, no one came to the house. No one knocked on the door. It's been a month I've been without a kitchen sink.. just waiting. Seriously PICK A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.
Strata put the HVAC systems in our newly build home I been having this issue for over a year now by heat can’t stay at the desired temperature they been telling me it’s due to the weather. It is not due to the weather I had another company come out and tell me my unit is too small for the whole entire house. I get notifications every winter and nothing had been done I freeze every winter my house stays between 55-65 and my desired temperature is 73 and above. Sadly Strata keeps gas lighting me to believe it’s just a weather thing no it is not. I get emails about my thermostat everyday throughout the cold season my heat pump cannot sustained my desired temperature nothing has been done. A tech came out last year turned my heat up to 80 said everything was working fine that wasn’t the case. I attached one of the emails I get on a daily and multiple times a day since the day I moved in. During the summer everything works perfectly fine it’s just when it’s cold outside.
I want to give five stars, but STRATA, the company itself, as of yet, within one years time, had been unable to properly fix our brand new HVAC system, in our newly built home. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because we were very pleased with the diligent and professional work completed today by their technician, Scott. He was obviously highly knowledgeable and took his time diagnosing the problem. Turns out the HVA system was never built correctly from the beginning, but we are happy to know that Strada is extending their warranty in our neighborhood due to these problems. We will definitely be giving them a fair shot at fixing the problems! In the meantime, thank you, Scott, for trying to help our unit function properly!
Strada demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service from the very beginning. They promptly scheduled our appointment at a time that was convenient for us and sent a highly knowledgeable technician. Our technician, Scott, was exceptional. His expertise in HVAC systems was extensive and not limited to any one brand. After quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue with our mini-split system, he went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning the unit. He also took the time to clearly explain his troubleshooting process and provided helpful guidance on how to keep the system running efficiently. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Strada. Highly recommend.
Scott was fantastic. He explained everything as he did it and my house is cool again. Thank you!!! I am updating my review because two days later my ac quit working again. This time I had to wait a week for someone to come out, he told me a part needed to be replaced, but had to be ordered. Then I get a notification from the property manager that the work order was complete. I had to call and complain to my property manager to get reopened and now i am once again waiting.
Great experience from strada. Tech, Aarin Blanding was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided valuable information on the two fan installation. Received text messages from strada with arrival time and tech name. Arrived in the four hour window. Pricing from company was quoted with coupon and payment amount did not change. Would definitely recommend Tech, Aarin Blanding, and Strada. Thank you!
Kaleb did an excellent job fixing my shower leak. He was professional, on time, and quickly identified the issue. The repair was done efficiently with great attention to detail, and he left everything clean. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with him. I highly recommend him. Also, KJ came by and he did a great diagnosis of the issue. Extremely knowledgeable, expert, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend him.
We have been having an issue with our upstairs thermostat not holding the set temperature and with warmer temps approaching we needed it checked. Freddie came out, serviced our unit, and let us know the issue. He took care of it and let us know what to do if it happened again. Freddie was very professional, but still approachable. He was very knowledgeable to answer all of my questions.
Incredible service. We needed our heating unit fixed and the technician showed up, identified the issue and rewired our electrical heater quickly and then managed to fix our outdoor unit that had been out for weeks. Scott was our technician and saved us from days of cold weather without heat in our house.
My house have an outlet with GFCI that was tripping, damage with extra connecting wires. Jason from Strada found the problem and fix the electrical outlet, I really appreciated the information from Jason related to how the CFGI can get damage. I am satisfied with the job Jason did, thank you.
