Critical
“Called Steve's Waterworks Plumbing in Waterford, MI to have a washer & dryer moved from basement to upstairs. What should have been a relatively easy, 1 day, project, "as the technician/estimator said", turned out to have many, "careless issues". Tried to discuss these issues with a manager, but you can imagine how that went. I would not recommend using this company! Pictures attached.”
“I had a leak sometime last March in my basement. I called Steve's Waterworks plumbing for repair, they came and fixed it spending maybe less than a dollar on parts, and collected $700 for the "repair." About mid July, 3 months after I had the dry wall repaired and painted, the same pipe leaked where some cheap plastic repair was used. Positive
“Tim came you to water jet a backed up storm drain. He was fast to respond and the completed work was done in a professional manner. I would use Steve's Waterworks again. Follow-up: Justin from Steve's Water Works worked with me on getting the drain line replaced and the basin repaired. The work was fantastic and price was solid for the work completed.”
“The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and punctual. He quickly got to work, accurately identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently. However, I felt the price was quite high—over $600 to replace a broken pipe in the heater. That said, I do appreciate the work completed and would like to thank you.”
