Wanted to highlight how fast and efficient Stemmle was in helping me identify that my septic tank was not only backed up to my house but also ways to remediate my issue. Trey came out at 9pm and was here till 1:30am helping us with the backed up line. He advised us on how to move forward and the next morning Michelle gave me a courtesy call about the septic man. Sh’pollo was the most respectful and mindful worker with our garden bed and the nearly 100 year old property. He proceeded to educate us on what he discovered and made an effective plan on what we could do to save money in the future and what to do in the meantime. 10/10 will be calling Stemmle in the future and strongly recommend these technicians.

Great experience with Kyle J and the Stemmle plumbing team. I unfortunately had the experience of a pipe freeze and burst underneath the house on a Sunday in my rental property. Called Stemmle Plumbing and Kyle showed up promptly, and fixed the issue. Great communication, sent me photos to keep me updated and answered all my questions. I won’t hesitate to ever call Kyle for any plumbing needs.

Stemmle is top notch.Javin and Cody came out on short notice to a main drain line backed up. They were able to diagnose and repair an issue that has been unresolved by past contractor after many visits .I’m greatful to have found my new plumber of choice as a manager of several properties.Javin and Cody worked diligently and were super nice, honest guys. No hidden charges, upfront pricing and very reasonable.Well trained, professional workers equipped with the tools and knowledge to accomplish any task. Can’t say enough good things,highly recommend!

My 84 year old aunt had a blockage in her sewer line this past Sunday so we called Stemmle and they said that they could get to us in about an hour. They arrived at little after 6pm and assessed the situation. They told us that there would be a dispatch fee of $189, which we understood and then they searched for and located the blockage by way of a clean out located in the garage (floor) and cleared the blockage with a "snake"after pushing the snake in roughly 12' (the blockage was soft and was flushed away by flushing toilets (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs). They were through in less than an hour and left just before 7pm. They charged the dispatch fee of $189 plus a fixed fee for snaking the 12' of sewer line of $592 for a total of $781. The two plumbers that were dispatched were polite and knowledgeable but the fee that Stemmle charged, $781, seems excessive for less than an hours work.

I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in Scott’s Addition! We had Steven Batey and Zack Goins from Stemmle come out and replace a pressure valve in an apartment and they did a great job! They were respectable, fast, and clean! I could not have been more pleased with the great job they did. I got Steven’s name because I want to be sure I ask for him again the next time we need a plumbing repair! I highly recommend Stemmle and both Steven and Zach!
