Showed up without calling after waiting 3 days for a response. The first guy couldn't do the job himself so he waited 2 hours for someone who could and then completely dismantled our bathroom leaving us without one overnight... he is now 3 hours late to finish the job and I cannot get any info on a time from their office. No wonder they were the only plumbers bot busy

I had another plumbing company wave the $89.99 service fee(thank you).Staggs plumbing didn't charge me a service fee.The lady that answered the phone was knowledgeable enough to give me an estimate to replace my hot water heater that was very close to actual cost.The other plumbing company gave me a very unethical price about 3× the price that Staggs charged.The job was kinda difficult because of the tight space in my crawlspace.The man from Staggs was very experienced and got the hot water heater in with just one man and very quickly.I am very happy with service with Staggs.Dont waste time with other plumbers,just call them .They are the best in service and price,very friendly too

Amazingly quick response!!! I was thinking hours and the guy was on my doorstep 5 minutes after I had called in my emergency leak. I have never experienced a plumber to show up so quickly, almost like I rubbed a lamp and a kind, knowledgeable, curtious plumbing gennie popped out. Also very fair affordable pricing. I didn't feel like I was being upcharged at all. If anything I felt like he deserved more pay for the all around professional way he took care of my emergency.

I called Wednesday to schedule an appointment and suggested Monday would be a good day. I received a phone call Thursday morning asking if he could come out today and he arrived 10 minutes later! I had a leaking ice maker line in my crawl space. He capped it off, explained to me what he did and left. It took less than an hour. Price was reasonable and I will be calling Staggs with any future problems.

Mr. Staggs has done plumbing for us, for several years. He manages to fit us in very quickly each time. I’ve never had to call them back for anything that wasn’t exactly right. The cost is very fair. I will continue to use their services as long as we’re living in this area.

My whole family uses Staggs Plumbing. They have always taken care of any job in my home in a timely manner. I like when you call someone and they do what they say they will do. They have fair pricing as well, which is always important too!
