Since I do not have a printer, he even offered to have all my options mailed to me so that I can make an educated decision w/o added pressure when I am ready. What a nice, friendly, patient & knowledgeable young man. He went the extra mile …”
“I was the last stop of the day, he did not have the part because it is an older model, (no stores carried the part) he showed me what I needed, (I am pretty handy, but I did not know what I was looking for, so I needed the help!) and I was able to make the repair with changing out two "O" rings, easy! Also, better than replacement, $$. I would call again when needed for other projects! Thanks guys!”
