I had a water heater emergency and Simon Plumbing was able to get a plumber out to me that same day. The plumber (I think his name was Tony) who did the work was thorough, answered all my questions about the issue, and gave me tips on what to watch out for in the future. Everything's been working fine for a week now and I'll know what to do next time...but if that's not good enough, I'll know who to call (Simon Plumbing).

Extremely happy with the replacement water heater that Simon Plumbing installed. Their service team were very professional, courteous and answered my questions during the install. The final work was excellent. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with Simon Plumbing in Mokena. They had great response times when I needed them 2 days in a row on different projects. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for in a plumber? I will absolutely continue to work with Simon Plumbing in the future.

As a landlord and rehabber I had given Simon Plumbing a number of projects. The work was not thorough and we needed to call them in repeatedly for the same problem (rodding and clogged drains) this was for a number of houses, not just one. In one property they cracked the new ceramic sink in a freshly rehabbed bathroom. I called to discuss a credit but my calls were not returned and the problem never resolved. They do a nice job if they "feel like it", you may or may not get a call back. Marley in the office is nice enough but she doesn't make the decisions. If you don't mind being ignored you can take your chances, otherwise I cannot recommend them.

In 2021, I contacted Simon Plumbing for an estimate on doing some plumbing work in my basement. A gentleman came out to look at the job. He said I could expect an estimate in a few days. After a week, I contacted the office. The woman said they were waiting on the price for one part and I should have the estimate in a day or two. Estimate was never received. Not how you treat a customer.

Extremely satisfied! My 14 year old water tank went out Saturday and I took the coldest shower ever. Couldn’t find anyone to come out on the weekend or even return calls. After spending an hour researching and calling plumbing companies Monday morning and getting incredibly high prices, including one company who wanted $350 extra to change pricing for converting 75 gal to 50. Luckily, I stumbled upon Simon plumbing, locally based in Mokena. I called, spoke with the representative who quickly gave a very fair and competitive price but wasn’t sure if they could come out the same day. She asked if I had leak or hot water. Nope to both. She called back and said plumbers would be there between 11-1p. Josh and Chance arrived promptly at 11 and completed the Job. by 1245. I’m impressed with the quality, cleanliness and price fairness. Josh showed me the extra copper piping , flue metal and 1/4 turn refrigerators water valve and hook up I added. He charged a very reasonable additional charge. I also learned that Josh is third generation of this company started by his grandfather. Thank you Simon Plumbing Mokena!

We have used Simon Plumbing twice this last month and are extremely happy with both services we received. The first time we called we had a pipe freeze. We woke up to no running water. Called Simon and they came out that morning and resolved the issue. Pricing was fair and both guys that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and got our water working in no time. We called Simon back out to replace our kitchen faucet. I left a message and got a call shortly after, and scheduled me. Adam came out and completed the job. Adam was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Simon, they do great work at competitive prices.

Cannot say enough good things about Simon Plumbing! They were called to do an emergency job at my dad's (R. Foster) home. They charge a very fair and reasonable fee, they respond in a timely manner, were very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer questions before the work was begun and as the work proceeded. They worked very efficiently, tackling a huge sewer repair job in a matter of hours, and even adjusted their initial quote to charge less when an anticipated problem turned out not to be so. Hope we don't have any other emergency plumbing issues for a long while, but if we do, we know who to call!

My sump pump went out, so my wife called Simon Plumbing. I followed up the next morning with a call to them. I explained to them what had happen and what I needed. Once I explained the circumstances to them, they were able to schedule me that day and best of all in the morning. The technician, Gabe, was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to explain a few things about the sump pump including some things that could cause it to not work properly. Gabe is also a fellow veteran so thank you again Gabe. I definitely would recommend Simons Plumbing and Sewer to others.

I have been using Simon Plumbing for years and would recommend them to anyone! They have helped me with various issues over the years (broken toilets, replacing shower handles, replacing sinks, etc, etc) at various residencies. Whenever I move to a new home, they are my first call for inspections on existing systems and to take care of any repairs or updates needed. They are always willing to accommodate you when you are in need of emergency repairs/issues. If you need any plumbing work done, look no further than Simon Plumbing!

Best Plumbers EVER! I have used Simon Plumbing, Todd, Josh, and now Adam and all crew members (Wayne too) are timely, experienced and provide QUALITY work at such reasonable prices. I have had work from routing sewer drains to re-pipping/re-routing laundry room, to installing new gas lines outdoors for grill. Tube & Shower drains, and entire kitchen remodel with rerouted sink & gas stove lines, dishwasher & Refrigerator water lines. You name they did it!! Couldn't recommend them ENOUGH!!! I have called these guy a couple times, they have been so helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. They recently came out within hours of a sewage pipe busting in my basement, and did a quick phenomenal job, very affordable too. I wasn’t home at the time but they called me and went over everything very thoroughly on the phone and even had the time to check out my dishwasher that wasn’t draining well. They were extraordinarily nice! Will be using them in the future and have recommended them to friends.

Had a problem with toilet over flowing late Friday night. The next morning plumber #1 came and 2 -1/2 hours later after rodding outside and removing toilet and rodding from the hole in the floor, couldn't fix the problem... charged me $490 and left. Called Todd Simon from Simon Plumbing in Oak Forest. Had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and even cleaned up the previous plumbers' mess. Fast, courtesy and experienced. Never ever use any other plumber but Simon Plumbing!!

Frozen pipes! Yes, the fear is real. First time calling Simon Plumbing and I am very pleased with the outcome. Person who answered the phone was friendly and quick, she called me back with a confirmed appointment for the same day. The plumber arrived at the right time, got straight to work and figured out where the frozen section was. He explained what had to be done, got the water flowing again, and told me what my next steps should be. Excellent service!

Simon Plumbing is the best I have seen since purchasing my townhome 18 years ago now!! My bathroom sink had been clogged for almost two months prior to their service and two previous plumbers (not Simon's) could not unclog it!! Not only did Simon Plumbing do a superb job with unclogging the drain, but they also installed my new faucet at a phenomenal rate!! 😊 I am forever grateful and look forward to providing continued business to them in the future!!!
