Thank God for these men... They came out due to a sewer backup, to our new home we purchased Jan 16 2026. They talked us through what they are doing and what they did. I may be new but they are now our guys ... Great company.. y'all need work please call them. Absolutely amazing... Thank you...

Last night Sherrill Pumping showed me what true professionals are all about! Earlier in the day I had my plumber, Frank who owns Integrity Plumbing diagnose a very serious problem I had run into with my septic tank system. He explained and showed me why it was so serious. Basically my whole septic system was clogged from 2 different entry points my bathrooms were literally useless. I had sewage backing up into my home from 2 bathrooms. He told me to call Josh who owns Sherrill Pumping immediately and explain the problem. It was in the afternoon and I fully expected to have to wait a couple of days minimum to get them to come out…. Josh took my call immediately and responded that it sounded real bad and that him and his crew would be out by end of day for sure! I was blown away and obviously extremely happy. As the afternoon went on the weather got super nasty with pouring rain and cold. I thought for sure they would call to cancel and reschedule… to my surprise they showed up and began their work immediately.. they were very professional, courteous, and immediately I realized very experienced as well. They stayed there, pumping my septic tank, troubleshooting the long overdue backups I should have taken care of, and in the end, in pouring rain and darkness got my whole septic system up and running again 😎👍. I told Josh he saved my life and he joked back he hears that all the time… I’m certain he does!! If you have septic tank issues I would DEFINITELY make them the first and only company you call. They care about their customers as was evident when they took my job on to their already full schedule for my emergency! Thanks Josh and your crew for the excellent work and dedication to people like myself .. Your customers who find themselves in a desperate situation with seemingly nowhere to go! You came through big time 😎👍

Our system backed up on a Friday night. We made due until Monday. My husband called Monday morning and Josh went above & beyond to get us on the schedule for Monday. When 4:30 came along and the sun started setting we figured they weren’t going to be able to make it out. They arrived a little bit after 5:00. We were hoping it was just a matter of pumping us out but there was a clog. They stayed until 8:15 until they got our system unclogged. We HIGHLY recommend Sherrill.

Great service from Josh and his team! Very knowledgeable crew who enjoyed sharing everything they could on our system and its performance. Provided soundly technical and economical recommendations for our family moving forward with our septic system; could not recommend them highly enough! I did joke with the guys on ground that I almost did not call them seeing nothing but "5-star" reviews. It had to be a fluke I figured, however, their work and quality speak for itself! Will not hesitate to call them for any inspection or repair needs in the future.

My septic tank was full. I had a line that was filled with waste that would not properly leake out to the leech fields. Sherrill pumping came out and worked hard and quick in the cold weather. Light snow as well. I could not be any happier. Super fairly priced. Very nice people. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Thanks again. Happy household now.
