This was the best experience I’ve had with a plumber, hands down. Communication was excellent throughout. Brandon Smith identified the problem quickly, provided great service, and explained things each step of the way. He is a talented service provider and exceptional communicator. Kudos to Brandon and the entire team.

Anthony Sr. Came out to diagnose our plumbing problem and he did a phenomemol job, he was timely and professional 👏 so happy with the outcome! The fee was super reasonable! I will highly recommend Tony to everyone!

This is a great company to deal with they showed fast to find the problem with my septic tank and came back quickly to make repairs. Brandon Smith and Ricky did an amazing job of digging up the drain line making repairs without damaging my fence and cleaning up. Thank you guys for doing a great job.

One star! Needed a 3ft piece of PVC going to my septic tank. Got a $1200 quote. Told plumber no thanks and he left. I dug out the pipe and repaired it in less than 3 hours and $20 of pipe.

I have been using company for several years. They have repaired a seal on shower drain twice that leaked through downstairs ceiling and other plumbing repairs. The leak happened again and called to discuss getting a repairman but wanted to check warranty. The representative told me that she has no record of the repair, only the service call and notes stating that we would repair ourselves. After several minutes of discussing if it would beneficial for me to pull my records, I realized I was getting nowhere. I told the representative that I will no longer be using company and she said, "Thanks, that is awesome!"

I called Serv'All first this time!! (See my review below fom 7 months ago.) I echo the same Five Star rating for today's service call. Brandon Smith, who was very professional, courteous and efficient at locating the source of the leak, explaining the problem and making necessary repairs, did a great job! Thanks also to Kelly, who was very understanding of my problem when I called, working me into their schedule around my scheduled medical appointment today, and keeping me updated. I could not ask for a better company to deal with! 7 months ago: I give this company 5 stars all the way from the person who took my original call, then the tech, Chris Beach, who called me back within an hour or so and set up a next day appointment, and until the job was finished! Out of 5 plumbing services I called, Serv'All was the only one to reply in a timely manner. My home is 55 years old. I had a leak between a wall downstairs, an upstairs dripping bathtub faucet which would been very costly to replace, and a lavatory faucet replacement. I can't say enough about Chris. He arrived on time, was very efficient in locating the source of the leak within the wall, and repaired it with minimal repair required, rebuilt the tub faucet, replaced the lavatory faucet, and cleaned up well after all the jobs. My son has always taken care of most of my home repairs until until his current health issues. When I told him my regular plumber and the others I found online hadn't replied, he remembered Randall (Dixie Septic Tank Service) mentioning Serv'All when they were doing some tank work for both of us. He gave me their number which I called, and am very glad I did!

So grateful to Sean and Brandon and Colby of Serv'All Plumbing! We ran into a situation over the weekend where water was flooding our basement… When I called, they immediately let me know the standard up charges for an emergency call on a weekend call and since the situation was somewhat under control, we chose to wait till Monday for them to come out here Though they originally quoted me Lower price it was very quickly obvious that the work has moved on the original, but because they shared with me every moment what was going on what problems they were facing what courses of action they would have to take to figure out the next step I felt in control the whole way! So when the cost came in at the end, they were very upfront and work to bring the cost down and then when I was still struggling with the ability to pay they provided Option to defer payment for 12 months, which is the difference between us having a merry Christmas or not! So I have now a clean house and a possibility of a merry Christmas because of their hard work! They were prompt, knowledgeable, effective honest and clean! I couldn't ask more from a plumber! Would highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation where our main line was completely backed up, causing our basement toilet and tub to overflow into the carpet—basically making it impossible to use any water in the house. We couldn’t run a sink, take a shower, or flush a toilet without everything backing up. It was a nightmare. The plumbers came out quickly and were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They communicated clearly, explained exactly what the main issue was, and were honest about what would need a long-term repair later. Even so, the work they did today helped us tremendously and allowed us to start using our home’s utilities again right away. They spent about three hours fixing the problem and their pricing was beyond fair—no overcharging, no surprise fees, nothing. Just honest, quality work. We are extremely grateful for their professionalism, transparency, and the relief they brought us in such a stressful situation. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy plumbing services!

We've been using Serv'All Plumbing for the last 8 year - 2x different homes. They're the only plumbing company we will allow in our house. We had a leak the was dumping water into our basement on Sundsy and Serv-All had Anthony dispatched to the house quickly. Anthony had boot covers so he didn't track anything in the house, jumped the issues and resolved it. I had thought this repair would cost far more than it ended up costing - needless to say I was very pleased when I saw the bill. Serv'All is hands-down the most trustworthy plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I should note that I'm always cautious to have any contractor come to our house when Im not home as I have a wife and 3yr old daughter. Whether its Anthony or Chris - I feel more than comfortable not being home when they're working on the house. Give them a call!

We cannot say enough good things about Serv'all and their staff. My elderly father lives in Acworth and had a plumbing issue. The first company we called wanted to do $3,000 of UN-NEEDED work and were horrible. We called up Serv'all and spoke to Jennifer in the office. What a professional, nice lady! She promptly sent out Donnie and Chris. They are amazing workers! They were prompt, courteous and professional. They were able to work with my Dad on his repair and got it done in 2 1/2 hours for a 10th of the price that he had been quoted by the other guys! We are so pleased with their work and ethics. They have lifelong customers with our family!

Serv'all's Plumbing Technician, Brandon, arrived at our home promptly and professionally, on a Saturday evening when we experienced a failed water pressure valve. He was patient, took all aspects of the issue into account, including safety, and then formulated a plan for resolution. His work was executed thoroughly and with precision. Serv'all was recommended to us by a neighbor and has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. We experienced Serv'all's first rate work, professionalism, and diligence to complete each job to the highest standard, thanks to Brandon. Thank you Serv'all!

Anthony was great. Quick repair and cleaned up nicely. Appreciate the good work! Follow up-our initial pin hole leak in our copper pipes led us to decide to do a whole house re-pipe. It was a big project that took about a week with the plumbing and we chose to have them also handle the drywall repair. Brandon was the project lead and did a great job of keeping us in the loop of everything going on and ensuring we were satisfied. I totally trust Serv'all with all of our plumbing needs. It is nice to have someone we can trust, is always quick to respond, and completes a job well done. Thank you!

This company has a good rating for their job performance. Well my experience doesn't support a 5 star rating. In fact, Serv'all deserves a zero from me. Their employee, C.B., came into my home and took care of a few things but failed to completely turn the water off under the sink. As a result, I had $2600 of damage. Serv'all REFUSED to accept any responsibility for the damage. So I was out $2,000. This company was recommended to me by a friend which I realize now means nothing. Sadly, It's really difficult to find a business that is honest in metro Atlanta.

Sean Oliver from Serv’All Plumbing was sent out to our home because of an extremely loud banging come from our water tank 😩. He was on time! polite, mellow tempered and seemed to know what he was talking about. *He loved our dog BabyGirl 🤪🥰* He had to turn back on and adjust the temperature of our water heater. He did something I could have done from a YouTube video, but it seemed too dangerous to even touch so the $75+ fee was worth having a professional come help! I will save their number for the future!
