Rick with Plumb Xpress is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. I manage a property where we had an emergency with the lift station one day and he was able to respond to the situation right away (unlike a lot of plumbing companies that can take more than 24 hours to respond). He kept us updated throughout the process of getting the problem fixed and kept his attention on the matter over the course of a few days to make sure everything was repaired fully. I would definitely do business with Plumb Xpress again!

Had a backup in our main line. Jay came right out, knew exactly what to do and knocked it out in no time. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Very good group of technicians that Donnie has put together.

Had to have my entire house re-piped. Donnie made the process much more tolerable than I expected. We had water every night. He made as few cuts in the walls as possible and when everything was put back together it was almost like it never happened. He is by far the neatest and most meticulous contractor I have ever used. I would highly recommend Plumb Xpress to anyone. He is extremely conscientious, considerate and efficient. His prices are fair and he’s true to his word.

had service man come out & he only cleared the the front part or the line and left. stopped up 2 days later called and asked if he cleared the entire line. tenant told me he was less than two minutes with snake in line. when I called service tec said he would do again for $200 cash. Called another plumber & ran snake down the entire line which was clogged with the grease from the frist jam. he did a lousy job considering that it is less than 50 ft of pipe to clear if he did the job correctly.

Plumb xpress installed a hot water heater at our rental house 2 years ago. We are selling the house and it won't pass inspection because they didn't install the hot water heater to code. I called and spoke to Donnie who said he would fix it but after our initial conversation, he would not return numerous phone calls over a period of 4 days. Our closing will be delayed because he didn't have the courtesy to just say he wouldn't fix it but rather ignored our phone calls. After calling other plumbers in the area we found out they have had similar calls regarding Donnie and they have had to fix issues from this company for other customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ...they will not install to code and will not make the correction afterwards.

I noticed a spot on the garage ceiling growing and bulging this year. I knew their was a leak because it was immediately below the shower of the master bedroom. I called Xpress Plumbing because they were the first ones able to come out. Thankfully, they kept me abreast of everything they found and the price for fixing everything was less then what I had expected. If you call the big franchise plumbers they would be twice as expensive. But, long story short, they ordered a brass drain, placed a piece of 4x4 wood under the floor of the drain and the problem has not come back for more than a month. Also, with Xpress Plumbing's 6 month warranty I know they will be back to fix any issues if the need arises (but I think I won't have too). If you want fast and courteous service with updates and explanations and up front costs (with no hidden charges) then try out Express Plumbing, you might be pleasantly surprised.

Don’t expect them to keep appointments, answer phone calls, or return voicemails. My hot water heater went out. I called early yesterday morning and he said he had availability for either later that afternoon or between 8-10 today, so I made an appointment for between 8-10 today not being sure if I could make the appointment that day. Soon after making this appointment I realized I could be home later that day, so I called to reschedule. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail requesting a reschedule. I never heard back. No biggie, I’ll just wait until the morning for him to come out. The day of my appointment, I don’t hear a word out of him and nobody shows up. I call 3-4 times and leave a voicemail and never heard back. Still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional.

Plumb Xpress should be your first choice and call for all your plumbing and drain needs. They are also experts in copper pipe replacements as they did our entire home and did an incredible job! Donnie and his team are experts at replacing the old pipes with a minimum of wall cuts and ceiling damage. They are fast but efficient and always clean up…and left us with a water supply every evening until the job was completed. The best part is they handle the entire job from start to finish…no need to have to go out and find a drywall repairman or a painter unless you chose to! We honestly could not have been happier with their work and are aware of a number of others that have been equally satisfied. You will not go wrong with Plumb Xpress I assure you…

I was so pleased with their service, I came straight back to work and am writing this review! We woke up to a leak in our thermal expansion tank this morning. My husband was too busy at work to meet them and I had just started a new job! We explained this to Adam and he was very willing to work with us, since I could not commit to the normal 2 hour time frame. They were there when they said they would be (actually earlier!) and was able to replace our expansion tank in a very short amount of time...getting me back to work within an hour. They were very knowledgeable and respectful, and I would definitely give them my business again...but hopefully I will not have too. Best, A very happy customer!

I had another emergency plumbing issue come up during the cold winter storm - my pipes froze and burst. I used Plumb Xpress Plumbing once before so I didn't hesitate to call them again. They had a service tech here within 60 minutes to shut my water off. They were able to diagnose my problem and make the repairs and get my family and I running water that night. They also went over our plumbing system and explained to me how to shut water off to house and outside spicketts. Thank you for once again being there fast for our family and getting our problem taken care of so quickly.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were amazing. I had an emergency sewer issue. I'll save you the details... It was bad. Of course the three emergency 24/7 plumbers we had on the fridge had no one available. Then we found Plumb Xpress. They came out that night (Saturday) and worked through the weekend to get us back up and running. My house was built in the 40's and had the original orangeburg lines. They were able to offer a reasonable price. Really amazing. Thank you Donnie, Rick and Wayne. You've made a life long customer.

HUGE shout out to Plumb Xpress for sending out Joey so fast!! We were having surges in water pressure and was so worried my appliances were going to be damaged from it!!!! We tried replacing the pressure reducing valve and still no change! Joey made sure everything was installed correctly and our pressure gauge was hooked up in the correct spot and determined our regulator was faulty and explained what happens sometimes with them! Super awesome people to work with!! Thank you soooo much!!

Called on Wednesday and the sent a guy out too look at a leak we had been having. He took photos of what I told what all we wanted replaced and said they would email me an invoice for how much it would be, and they could be back tomorrow to fix it . Never recieved the invoice so I called the next afternoon and left a message trying to see if they had the wrong email or something. Today is friday and I still have not heard anything back from them.

Donnie, and his crew did a complete re-pipe of my Brookstone home last July, and got rid of all the leaky copper and replaced it with a high-end cross-link polymer plumbing. They did an excellent job got in and out, create a minimal amount of mess and kept me informed on every step what was being done. If you gotta have this kind of job done, these are the people to see.

Had a leak coming from upstairs bathroom. Called and Donnie said he bet it was the tub drain that was the problem. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem. The price he said over the phone is what he charged even after he had to work on the tub spout also. I would recommend Plumb Xprees. If I have another problem this is who I will call. Jim Williams
