Paid $189 for emergency service, and have no complaints about that, but the fee for relighting and testing the water heater was $426.”

“RIPOFF!!! I was charged over $400.00 for them to bleed my radiators. I agreed because it was explained to me that I might need a part replaced. Well, it didn't need any parts so the only work performed by Schuler was several walks up and down my stairs. Will never do business with them again.”

We contacted them to repair a leaking shower which my husband had correctly diagnosed as a bad/worn cartridge. We also wanted them to replace faucet handles on 2 sinks in the same bathroom.
