The work team sent was great! They were professional, informative, and friendly. I recommend this company to anyone in need. Wish more places would use them as an example how to do a job needed and also relate to customer as they did!! Great job Z team...keep it up!!

Shortly after moving into my house I had a CPVC pipe burst in my basement. I consulted JTS about the possibility of replacing the CPVC piping with PEX. From the estimation to the completion of the work, I had an excellent experience with them. The estimator talked to me like an intelligent adult - not assuming I knew everything but also not assuming I knew nothing. He offered a plan that balanced the benefit of making significant improvement to our plumbing without introducing a huge cost (and the quote was very fair). The guys that showed up to work were professional and respectful of my house. I had a couple of quick chats with them, and they were very friendly and considerate. In the end, I had a revamped plumbing system that was painless to schedule, completed quickly, and didn't break the bank. I would recommend JTS to any local homeowner with a plumbing project in mind.

Hired him for a huge job, very expensive. New bathroom plumbing and kitchen plumbing. When the job was finished I called him back in because I had very low water pressure and low flow in my entire house. He had the gall to ask for $500 dollars to put in a new faster filter. No thanks, if the brand new plumbing you put in doesn't work it's your job to make it work for the original price. He completely ignored me from then on. Also he didn't pay any attention at all when I told him where I wanted my shower base installed, had to change my plans because he just jammed it as close to the wall as he possibly could. Also when the water pressure was turned back on, one of the pipe fittings blew open, at least they came back to fix that. Also installed my toilet 2" off the wall, I've never seen one not up against the wall, but now I get to see that every day.

JTS Plumbing is an unreliable company. They were called in to provide an estimate on replacing an original 4" drain pipe 45' long. The job was quite simple ... dig down about 2', take out the 4" broken drain pipe. install the new drain pipe and cover the hole. That's it! In surveying the work area the plumbers were overheard saying they would install a 2" pipe; that's not what I have. After about a week an estimate was emailed to me ... $2600! I found it high but since I need the work done agreed to the quote on the basis they install a 4" pipe which is what was originally broken. A $1300 deposit was left at the office. A week and a half later, not hearing from them, I called and was told the estimate was being revised, "and by the was it would be another $200 for the 4" pipe". At which point I said it was not going to happen. Highly misleading and deceptive business practice. Stay away! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Several Hours Later JTS Plumbing responded to my review by saying it was a "misunderstanding". Their was no misunderstanding. Upon visiting the house 2 plumbers inspected what was on the property and what had to be worked on. Further more it was expressed a 4" pipe had to be REPLACED, not substituted. Why would I want to "asked to upsize the line from 2" to 4"" when what I had broken was a 4" pipe. Also their comment on the "existing line is 4" but oversized for 2 sinks and will be prone to clogging" is completely false. My house is a 140+ year old former church. It has been used as a residence for over 50 years. We've been living in the house for 13 years and NOT once have we had an issue with the drain pipe until it broke. This comment by itself is an acknowledgment they knew the work needed to be done on a 4" pipe, which is what I expected the original quote to be for, ... but instead they wanted to downgrade me to a 2" pipe. Very unprofessional.

I contacted four different plumbers to fix a frozen outdoor faucet, and I’m so glad I chose JTS while still searching for someone who could handle it quickly. I even stopped by their office in person, and the great experience started right at the door. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and I had the chance to speak directly with the owner, who showed genuine concern and a strong commitment to resolving my issue. They came out the very next day and got straight to work. From the moment they arrived, I felt I could trust them, their professionalism really stood out in how they communicated and carried themselves. They immediately put on protective booties, which I appreciated since my basement is finished with very light carpet. Their work was excellent. The soldering was clean and precise, with no burning or damage at all (in the wood studs and electrical components near that pipe), and they took the time to listen to my concerns and requests. When they finished, there wasn’t a single trace of mess, it honestly looked like no one had been there. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. JTS is now my go to plumber!

We reached out to JTS Plumbing in Easton in mid November for them to come out to give a quote for installing a gas boiler in a residential home. Long story short, they went out to the home in mid December after many phone calls trying to find out why no one was out yet. After many excuses, they finally sent someone out for the inspection and I called to see when I should expect the proposal to be emailed to us. I was told within a day or two. Needless to say this never happened and after many more phone call follow ups, I finally got Maggie (the woman who answers the phone there and does the scheduling) on the phone on Jan 9 and coincidentally she tells me, "I was going to call you in 5 minutes...Mr Campbell just does not have the time to do the job." I thanked her for finally getting me an answer but did explain that thier communication left much to be desired. Bottom line..Communication is key. There should have been follow up immediately advising that they would not or could not do the job. Very disappointing.

Don't second guess. Choose JTS Plumbing! For 1 solid year I had a leak in the cellar of my 120 year old home. The first plumber said I had a leak in my cast iron pipes, so they changed that out. It still leaked. I had 3 plumbers tell me I had a sewer leak and quoted me between$10,000-$25,000. I had Code come in. I had the sewer department come in. It was looking pretty dismal. Then I got recommendations for JTS Plumbing. WHAT A GODSEND!! Jim walked in my cellar and immediately knew what the problem was- NOT sewer, but a water leak! A couple days later I had a quote for under $2500! Ashley in the office is pleasant and responsive. Jim and his crew were punctual and prepared, They were pleasant, informative and patient. It was an unusual and difficult job, considering the age of my home, but they fixed the problem in one day an cleaned up behind them. I cannot recommend them enough. They saved my home. They are honest to a "T". Don't hesitate to give them a buzz!!

I had a main sewage line burst in our basement that was both saddening and frustrating. I am by nature an untrusting person and after speaking with the plumbing supply store in Nazareth, they 100% recommended Jim who was local to me as he has MUCH experience and all his own equipment that would help to expedite a remediation plan for us. Jim and company came in and was extreamly professioal, timely and more than honest with our situation , and due to his confidence in his work and experience, made our nerves subside. They did a beautiful and clean job with this big project. JIm and his team was super easy to work with and strait forward. If I ever I had another issue or even just a concern, I certaintly would be calling him back.

Just finished my largest renovation job ever; Thank You Wavefront Research . The completion of this job would NOT have gone as cleanly as it did if it were not for Frank Toth. Frank identified many problems with the drawings and found Major unidentified problems in the building the Engineers failed to find before they drew the plans. One problem was a 4" back pitched waste pipe. In an other, Frank made a simple phone call to UGI and found out that the engineer, who draw up the plans, had called for more Natural Gas to supply the HVAC systems than UGI Had at the street. We had to redraw the plans. Frank and John both helped get this job done. And a job well done! Many THANKS to Frank Toth Pluming & Heating. Jim H.

I called JTS Plumbing tuesday afternoon about replacing our leaky hot water heater asap. I explained that we needed to get this replaced asap because we were leavinig for vacation on Thursday. Liz took all the information and asked that I send photos to pass along to the technicians. She called me back the next morning as promsied, with pricing! Not only was it the best quote we received but they were able to get us on the schedule the same day. Our hot water heater replacement was complete by 3:00pm the same day, in and out in less than an hour. My husband and I are very satisfied and will definitely recommend them. Awesome customer service, friendly and professional technicians! Thank you again!

JTS first came to my house to handle an emergency leak from the water main. I was so impressed with the guys they sent, that I had them come back and do a laundry list of jobs. They installed a toilet, re-built two other toilets, replaced my garbage disposal, hooked up a water line to my refrigerator, installed an outside faucet and moved plumbing to accommodate a new vanity and sink in my main bathroom. I can't say enough good things about the quality of work, and the politeness and efficiency of the workers. And Maggie, in their office, is a delight! After years of dealing with lesser companies, I've finally found my go-to plumbers! I recommend them whole-heartedly!

5 Stars - not a question in my mind about that after my recent experience - I was VERY happy with JTS Plumbing.... I had an emergency leak discovered on a Friday afternoon and Jim was able to stop by the same afternoon to give me an estimate - which I green-lighted. He had a crew here the next morning (including an excavator) to repair the underground breach and helped me to avert a potentially serious and damaging interior flood. Professional and clearly knew what they were doing - which all put me at ease. Problem was solved and I will certainly hire JTS again for this or other related HVAC needs. Thanks again!

Thursday night we had an issue, water heater conked off, neighbor referred me, called owner and shop a few times, left messages, no one ever called and no one showed up. As a family with 2 small kids, and no hot water we were in a bind. Disappointed, as I was expecting top notch service given all the recommendations and reviews. Maybe there was some other issue, but I even put in a call back request on their website yesterday and received no call back. Update: right around the time of submitting this review, I received an email to my inquiry. They said they tried to reach and called the wrong number.
