Brandon was wonderful! Arrived as scheduled, super friendly and respectful. Assessed the issue, gave me the price and fixed my broken pipe. He fixed the pipe in my crawl space efficiently and there was no surprise charges when completed. So pleased with Maitz and specifically Brandon. They've earned a new customer.

This company I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to replace there furance or any type of plumbing or electrical work done. Anthony who is in charge of finance aspect works with you and your family and the technician Jerry and Chris are not just good at their job but they also clean up behind themselves. Very very professional and highly recommend.

My experience with Maitz was nothing short of outstanding. I contacted them with my emergency, and to my absolute relief, a technician was dispatched and arrived at my home within the hour. This remarkably swift response was incredibly reassuring and immediately diffused a great deal of the stress associated with the incident. Terrible service. Waiting in drive thru for 15 mins for a coffee and hot sandwich. They forgot my food and I had to go inside and order another one because they lost my original order.

I'm sorry to say that we received much less than the stellar service that their 4.7 review rating would imply. We originally scheduled a Saturday appointment between 12noon & 4PM to have a water heater replacement estimate. However, on the afternoon the day before the visit, they called indicating they were busier than anticipated that Saturday. So a new time was scheduled, between 12 & 4 on the Tuesday, 10 days later. After 2 of us took the weekday off from work to accommodate this change, no one showed up! Also no one called to inform us they were again running behind. Placing a call to Maitz Home Service after the scheduled time, we were told the service people, who would be performing the estimate were in Allentown, but would be able to be there at 5PM. Sorry, too late, a double fail on the part of Maitz Home Service. We canceled the entire visit, and will now go with someone else. We guess they don't really need the business, and have observed they cannot meet their commitments. Very dissapointing!

Don the service technician was very helpful and patient with diagnosing the problem I had with my furnace unit. I believe he did a great job and I will be using Maitz in the future. On 04/20/2026 I woke up to a cold shower only to discover that my water heater broke. I have to start by saying, Maitz continues to impress me because they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to heating and plumbing. This is my 2nd time using Maitz services and now on both occasions nothing less then 5 stars. Like I stated in the beginning my water heater died leaving a portion of my basement filled with its memories in the form of water. I called Maitz. Maitz responds the next day by sending a tech by the name of Jose Alicea. Jose was awesome, very skilled at what he does. His work was clean and very professional. Jose and I conversations kept me very comfortable to where I trusted his advice. Jose not only replaced my water heater but he also gave me great advice on moving forward. He advised me about using my homeowners insurance and connecting me with Fastpro services to clean and refinish my damaged basement. Conclusion: Jose is a fantastic tech, so thank you Jose for your great work and Maitz has come through again by getting my hot water back. I can't be more satisfied and I would definitely refer Maitz to friends and family.

I would like to begin by saying that we’ve owned our home for 20 years and in doing so we’ve had to contact a plumber on several occasions. This morning we woke up to a backed up basement drain and sewage coming up. I started googling businesses and MAITZ Home services came up advising that One of the areas they specialize in is Plumbing. I decided to give them a call and we had a technician, JOSE ALICEA, within two hours of my inquiry for work. Fastest response we’ve ever had with regards to any work being done at our home. Within 25 minutes, he diagnosed the issue, advised on the low end, what it would cost and possibly on the high-end if he had to go that far. Fortunately, for us (this time it was minor) and we were charged on the low end. From the time he pulled in front of our home to the time he left it was roughly an hour and several minutes and he backed up sewage and clogged were completely gone. Jose ALICEA even cleaned up the area, which we’ve had several plumbers here throughout the years who would never clean up after themselves, and he was very attentive to the area and cleaned thoroughly. When we have any plumbing issues or any other work that needs to be done to the home, we will definitely be reaching out to MAITZ Home Services and we will be requesting JOSE ALICEA!! Keep up the great work MAITZ!!!!

I signed up for the “Confort 360 membership” plan expecting reliable service, priority scheduling, and member benefits such as discounts and same-day support. Unfortunately, my experience has been far below expectations. During an AC tune-up visit, the technician mentioned that the compressor was not functioning properly. However, the tenant in the property had not reported any issues prior to the service. Shortly after the visit, the AC system stopped working. When I reached out for clarification and a quote regarding a possible replacement compressor, I was informed that only the technician could address my questions, which made communication difficult and unclear. In a separate plumbing service, I experienced what felt like a rushed diagnosis and a high estimate for the work. I requested a simpler solution—just a quote to fix the faucet while I would provide the replacement part myself—but never received a follow-up. Overall, I found the service quality inconsistent and the communication lacking. Based on my experience, I did not receive the level of professionalism or member support that was promised, and I ultimately regret signing up for the membership.

Dylan Fenstermacher, does a great job with HVAC. All the work is done well every time. He has replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit outside. He is professional and really friendly. He comes for our service plan maintenance and replaces filters for our dehumidifier, furnace, and the Air Scrubber's UV honeycomb system. Plumber, Brandon Acosta, always does a great job. He is so professional, friendly, and efficient. I know everything will be taken care of exactly the way I wanted. He installed our disposal, faucet, soap dispenser, and an ice maker this time. In addition he comes for our service plan twice a year to check on all of our equipment that he also installed- filters, iron removal tank, acid neutralizer, water softener, and UV light. Electrician, Robert Bassett, came to install 5 exterior house lights, a bathroom exhaust fan and switch, a storage room light & switch, and move a bathroom switch. Everything was done correctly and efficiently, and looks just the way I had hoped. He is professional, prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the space afterwards. I will request him for my next job.

Maitz Home Services and Brandon were outstanding in there service and performance. We had an intermittent well pump problem and Brandon was able to quickly diagnose it and gave us a proposal for a complete solution. It was also very reassuring to see how thoroughly he checked all the systems and demonstrated that they were functioning properly with the exception of a component in the filtering side. He was very knowledgeable very professional and thorough in his examination of the system and explained everything to me clearly. I woul⅘d highly recommend Brandon and Maitz Home Services. They also have excellent service Representatives via text, email and phone who checked on progress. Natasha was a very professional support rep as wel.l She called me after the visit and made sure everything was done properly and professionally. Kudos to the Maitz Home Service team, we will use them again and they also do electrical and plumbing which we will call on them for.

Maitz technician Joe Womer was at my home today to solve a problem I was having with my kitchen sink drain. It began as a slow drain problem that turned into an annoying blocked drain problem! Joe did a thorough job of explaining his approach to opening up the drain and getting the flow back.As he proceeded to follow his steps he continued to educate me to his reasoning. I really appreciated being involved in his process. After running a good bit of wire through the drain pipe he felt confident that's the blockage was cleared. He was correct, blockage was cleared and the out -flow was fantastic. Joe's work was excellent and his professional approach was greatly appreciated. He followed the Maitz protocol of being timely, polite, respectful and extremely neat! Thank you Joe and thank you Maitz.

If you have a furnace and AC as one unit they charge you twice for maintenance and if you don't schedule to do both they may have to come back so be aware I was not told I had to schedule twice or pay twice. Your VIP program texts and send emails to many times, it would have been nice to know your process in one of your many emails or texts because I thought I had a coupon but no coupon for service just alot of communication of nothing. I keep getting review requests just like your VIP program so hers is your review. Your technicians that performed the service where professional and took great care I give them 5 star.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning service, and at first I was very concerned. However, after I contacted management, they took my concerns seriously and responded quickly. They sent Matthew Carragan who thoroughly inspected the system, identified the problem, and fixed it at no additional charge. I appreciate that the company stood behind its work and made sure the issue was resolved properly. My air conditioning is now working perfectly, and I am grateful for the professionalism and customer service shown by management. Thank you for making things right! Dorcas

Joe Woomer oversaw the replacement of our main sewer line. His customer service was the best plumbing experience we’re ever had. With a deadline coming due to our impending move into a new home, he made rapid coordinated arrangements and made sure the job was done properly with exceptional thoughtfulness to our situation. He communicated specific information to us throughout the job, and stayed late waiting for us to return from running errands. A consummate professional with vast experience!!
