Ammar was very experienced and knew exactly what the issues were. He went above and beyond by trying his best to fix my water heater issue before suggesting a replacement. I highly value his integrity and I’m incredibly satisfied with the work he did in installing my new water heater. I would highly recommend Schaal based on this experience!

I am disabled and on a very fixed income, so when a different company said they were going to charge me $12,000 for a new AC unit and that "all other companies would be about the same price", I was discouraged. I was looking into window units but my windows were too wide for every unit I found. While looking at ACs, I remembered my friend Buddy saying they used Schaal for their wife's furnace. I decided I would try to call another company despite what that other technician said to me, and they had someone scheduled to come out the next day. Vern was the fellow I spoke with, and he quoted me $6,275 for a unit. That was $5,725 cheaper than the other company who claimed I wouldn't find anything lower!!!!!! OVER $5,000!!!!!! That other technician lied to my face as I cried and said I wouldn't be able to afford $12,000 and left. Vern was no-nonsense, straight to the point, and was just as BLEH as I was over the price I was given. With a friend's help I qualified for an $80 payment a month. Zac was the installation technician who came to install the AC unit. He was respectful, complimented my D&D collection, and he and (I am so sorry I don't remember his name but he was so nice!) the person training under him did a great job in general. They were even kind enough to help me tape up a duct which wasn't pushing out air well because it wasn't seated right, and they had to fight cobwebs to do it.🙀 Thank you again, Schaal. You didn't take me into the woods and bend me over a barbed wire fence. You were way more gentle than that, and I appreciate it. Hahah!!! Take care and thank you everyone.

New HVAC system. I agreed to the purchase on Monday this week and was installed Thursday this week, very fast turnaround. Guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They ran all new lines, replaced ductwork, and PVC tubing. They placed the unit where I requested at no additional charge. They worked clean and timely.

I had a great experience with the HVAC technician Quinn who came out to fix my heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what needed to be repaired, what might need to be replaced in the future, and how I can properly maintain the system to keep it running well. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was. It made me feel confident that the job was done right. Highly recommend!

I had a furnace issue and called some places and only Schaal was able to come on a Saturday. The technician, Cole was great. He worked quickly and explained everything very well after he finished. He did a great job and I would recommend them.
