Paul and Andre put a RO system for me and did an amazing job. They figured out unique ways to ensure they could hook the RO system up to the fridge and sink without tearing out drywall in a finished basement. They also ensured everything was clean and walk me through the process of how the system works. Highly highly recommend!

Very pleased with Ben and Golden Rule. He was super knowledge and explained all kinds of things to me. Turned out to be a small problem that he was able to quickly fix (thankfully!). I will definitely be calling Golden Rule for my plumbing needs going forward!

Andrew was great and very efficient in fixing the issue we had with our master bathroom toilet. He inspected all our other toilets to ensure they were not experiencing the same issues. He was very thorough. Explained everything that was needed to be fixed, provided options for my husband and I to make an informed choice.

Golden Rule helped us out so quickly! Our furnace went out and I couldn't figure it out. Brian came out to diagnose and had a guy drop off a couple of parts. The whole thing was figured out and fixed so quickly! Turned out to be a warranty deal for our system but he took care of everything for us. They're definitely saved in my phone as the first call if I need anything.
