Had S&K over for a clogged shower drain trap. It was rusted shut so Dylan replaced it and all is well. Decided to have him replace the float assembly on a toilet also. All fine now and no mess left behind. Very satisfied

S&K was responsive and able to come out the same day I called. Dylan was polite and efficient. He cleared our blocked basement drain and we are happy with the service provided.

After experiencing a sudden decline in water pressure, we called S&K to inspect our well. They arrived on the same day to diagnose the problem. Two days later it was all fixed and we got our water pressure back. They were very helpful, professional and fast. The final price was lower than what they originally told us to expect. 10 stars! S&K expertly fixed my complete main sewer line failure/collapse/obstruction - which had made my home unlivable. They responded immediately to stabilize my emergency, and then went to great lengths to fit me into their busy schedule to fix the issue - which required excavation of my concrete driveway. Brian and his team are responsive, kind, transparent, and most importantly, do expert work at a fair price. When every shower drain/toilet in the finished parts of my home started geysering sewer water on a Saturday, I cold-called S&K after my own longtime plumber Mr. Holland’s (whom I pay to be a service club member) had refused to dispatch a plumber that day to help me during my obvious catastrophic emergency. (Feel free to refer to my 1-star review on Mr. Holland’s website from 6/24). S&K responded immediately. After being treated with such lack of care by my old plumbing company, Brett (hero Saturday plumber) and Brian (owner) and the whole S&K team showed me that someone had my family’s back. Thank you S&K!!! You have a new devoted customer for life!

Due to the of age of the water heater, I thought I needed a new one. I called S&K and they sent Roderick the same day. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He asked if the heater had every been serviced. It had not, so he recommended it be flushed before paying $$$ for a new one. The heater has been working just fine! When it's time to replace it, I will give S&K a call. Thanks Roderick!
