Joseph was knowledge able and kind. Got the work done in a quick and efficient manner. Made us aware of next steps and got us back up and running!

Joseph did a fantastic job fixing my kitchen sink leak. He was very thorough and was straight forward with me on everything. Definitely will want him to help me again!

Joe came out to fix the clog in our kitchen sink. He was very friendly and polite. He assessed the problem and provided a clear explanation on how to fix the clogged line, which had been a recurring problem. We had other plumbers come out in the past, that had charged more, and in the end did not resolve the problem. Joe later called on Chris for assistance, to help fix the problem created by another plumber. They never lost patience, and stayed late into the evening until the problem was resolved. They thoroughly cleaned up once finished. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

I’ll try to keep this short. They worked on my neighbor’s drainage. When leaving they tore big ruts in my yard and damaged landscape blocks (have pictures). Started contacting them in March. Customer service has been horrible. Only person to respond is gone. Came out once to fix when I wasn’t home (didn’t notify me) and did lousy job. Several blocks were glued upside down and crooked and all they did was throw straw in ruts. No fill or seed (nothing has grown). Since then have called numerous times with no response after messages were left with a central number. Last message taken the person on phone said they were having issues at that location. I asked for owner to call, nothing so far for two days… Would not recommend. Very poor response time and customer service.

Plumber sent was friendly, polite, and helpful with addressing our issue. He was knowledgeable and provided a proper solution. However, work quote was way overpriced but due to the nature of our issue, I didn’t have the flexibility to allow the issue not to be addressed. However, while the plumber was a great person, his actual fixes do not represent the price we paid. Issue 1, I was told not to ever take apart the P trap under a kitchen sink. He struggled putting it back together with it not leaking. There was nothing complex with the P trap as I had previously taken it apart and reassembled without any difficulty. Issue 2, he had to replace a long section of PVC in an unfinished basement. Rather than dry fitting then final assembly, he glued one end then worked towards the other end. Since it was already glued at the one end he had to cut a section that was over his head between floor joists. It was far from a square cut. Issue 3, he left a pile of pipe waste on our basement floor. Think this was honest mistake because by this point I think he was behind schedule and was in a hurry to get to the next appointment. Based on the price alone, I will no longer be doing any further business with Roto Rooter. Talked to several knowledgeable people, all felt the price seemed excessive.

Roto Rooter is a great company which wants to help you with the issue you are having. We had an issue with the outside drains, and when the service technician, Joe Lynch arrived, he was awesome and so great at what he did. Joe was very informative by telling me what he would do and how it would help the drainage issue. He was so kind, awesome, and respectful. This company and technician know how to help you out so well. I thank you all for all you do and for caring about your customers issues and helping them to get it resolved! We had supervisor Corey come out to explain more of what is going on with our drains in our concrete area in front of the garage doors, and he was so helpful and informative, and advised that when we have our concrete redone, to let them know so they can also assist with the drainage portion. Thank you all for being so informative and helpful. We'll be calling you again for help with our driveway and drains because you are so helpful and awesome!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Shannon in Customer Service was able to answer my numerous questions and accommodate my concerns. Zach was a huge help as well addressing my additional questions and concerns. Tyler did a phenomenal job A+++ service. He was quick and efficient and friendly and cleaned up afterwards after replacing our toilet upstairs. He was able to answer all of our questions with no hesitation. I would not hesitate to recommend RotoRooter for any plumbing needs. Thank you everyone. You all make a great team. It was a pleasure to do business with this wonderful group of people and company.

Great work, timely, and considerate. The service managers were polite and very helpful in our situation, meeting us with excellent solutions when we needed them the most. Joe Lynch was our service technician and he did amazing work. He removed an old water heater and sump pump, as well as installing new ones of each, and unclogged one of our drain pipes in under 6.5 hrs. He was very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I would highly recommend. We will be using them as our primary service provider from here-on.

Our first experience with Roto Rooter went perfectly; we had new toilets and shower heads installed. Our second experience Zach came out and fixed our clogged kitchen sink drain. He was super friendly and professional and took the time to answer questions and educate on how to avoid issues in the future. We thought the price was fair and reasonable, considering how quickly they came out (a day and a half after the call) and how much time was spent. Will definitely use them in the future & recommend to friends.

After a surprisingly large toilet leak, we gave Roto-Rooter a call and they sent Joe over right away. Joe was awesome. He was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. He got the problem diagnosed quickly and walked through the repair options with me. Once we aligned on the best solution, he made quick work of the repair and left the bathroom looking good as new. He also provided some advice with regards to other household plumbing. We’ll definitely be reaching out Roto-Rooter for any future needs!

Sunday, March 16th, our sewer backed up into our laundry room. What a mess! We called a few plumbing services without results. Finally, we tried Roto-Rooter. Couldn't help us Sunday, but Tom was able to schedule us Monday at 2:00. So thankful. Not easy to not use your water or flush a toilet. Arthur arrived early. He was great. He explained options and told us exactly what he was going to do. He was very thorough. We are so happy with the results. Thank you!

Had a basement backup and Joe and Camden came next day at around 4pm and stayed until the job was done around 8. They even made a trip to Home Depot for a part that broke while fixing the issue. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. Kept us appraised of the progress and gave us multiple options for service. Also, despite the dirty work, when they left the area was pretty nicely cleaned up! Their hard work was very much appreciated! Thanks guys!

John M arrived on time as promised, listened intently, proceeded with the work and completed the drain cleaning quickly and to my complete satisfaction. His attitude towards serving the customer was exemplary. If I could give him 6 or 7 stars, I would have, but the rating tops out at only 5. Corey P examined the main and thoroughly explained what was found. Both men were excellent to deal with and more than capable and committed to do a good job.

Joe Lynch was my tech and was very helpful. He broke down the pros and cons to the options and didn't pressure me to make any choices. With his work the back up and clog caused by roots was removed. Corey the field supervisor came out and ran the camera and showed me the entire pipe and broke down any and all options without being pushy or judge mental and they both gave a straight forward no nonsense answer.

I can’t say enough good things about the team that dug and installed the gutter lines for me on June 1. These two gentleman went above and beyond while working in my yard. They discovered the issue and then came up with an excellent solution. They answered every question and explained every aspect of the job. I would recommend Roto Rooter to everyone !
