Roto-Rooter is amazing. They came over for a blockage under my basement floor and it took them 45 mins to clear. A plumber brought in by my home warranty quit after 10 mins. We paid extra to have the camera sent in to see if there was any other issues and they discovered my cast iron pipe had a blow out and needed repaired. We just spent $17k remodeling the basement so I was more than nervous. They have a product that lines the pipe almost like a pvc repair. Non invasion to the basement. They made one small opening in the basement floor and made no mess. They covered our stairs and new carpet in blankets and plastics and went above and beyond giving me advise on some other issues I would've had that they weren't there for. This is a great company providing service that most companies just dont do. Thanks Roto-Rooter you have a loyal customer from here on out. Highly recommend this company.

Before he even began working, this person took time to understand and diagnose the issues we we experiencing. He formed a plan, brought in floor coverings, and was very neat. When complete, he had us test different things to ensure drains were cleared and all was working properly. Did a great job in cleaning up work spaces. Cost was reasonable for the 2 and 1/2 hours he was here. Will hire again. Thanks.

The young men who helped clean our lines were great. Personable and knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable—much less than Clod Busters who we had a few months earlier and who did not do the cleaning properly, that is why we had more problems! Thank you ,Roto- Rooter!!
