JP Plumbing & Heating

I've been very impressed with JP Plumbing & Heating! They did all of the work in my new build and were super easy to work with throughout the process. They were great about asking where I wanted different fixtures and keeping things custom. We had a few items come up on our home inspection (which is totally normal) and JP Plumbing & Heating came out right away to address them. We've called them a few more times for items & they've always been very kind, understanding and professional. Will definitely continue to use them!

Dylan came over to clean my clogged dryer vent, and boy was it. He ended up pulling out half a trash bag full of lint and hair, and he was dedicates enough to do so. Highly recommend him to anyone for work done as he makes sure the work is correctly done.

JP was dispatched through my Home Warranty... a few times!! AC spring maintenance, AC repair, stoppage in drain line and now probably a water heater!! Chester was so nice, informative, and efficient while installing my new clean out in the line. He even cleaned up the mess from the stoppage that he didn't have to! Chester was also able to identify and warn me of my water heater issue and that is being fixed next through the warranty too. Amanda & Amy in the office were equally kind and followed up quickly as well! Kudos to this company... so much gratitude in a stressful situation!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Installed many of my home appliances and utilities when it was built, around 8 years ago. This year, many, many of our utilities have stopped working. First it was the AC at the peak of summer, new company came, fixed the AC, and told us that, "It was installed terribly wrong." This would be a consistency. Next, the furnace broke. We were told the same thing. Furthermore, the stove breaks. The burners have not worked correctly since it was built. I am beginning to question every one of my utilities; the AC/Heating units in 2 of the bedrooms have been leaking an orange fluid down the wall. I am BEYOND angry. If I had the chance to sue I'd do it in an instant.

Had a young man with brown hair stop by to hook up our kitchen sink. He was very pleasant, quiet and worked diligently to give us a great final product. Didnt leave a mess and was very respectful of our home. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs work done.
