Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Really impressed with Roto Rooter (especially the work from Noah!). He was professional, kind and super efficient! He explained things carefully and really took the time and pride to take care of our issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Shoutout to the manager Bryan who provided incredible service and truly made an effort to take care of our plumbing concerns. Thank you!

Kenrick arrived same day as needing repair, assessed the issue of our broken hose pipe and made me feel at ease that it could be fixed, and on same day with labor and parts. He made described what he would need to do, gave a quote and made sure we were okay with price before beginning repairs. I appreciate that he not only fixed the issue, he reinforced the installation so the same situation wouldnt occur again (hose ripping from outside wall so that when turning on & off the fixture wasnt rotating pipe each time). He worked swiftly, completed the task and was friendly throughout it all. Together with the water restoration team there was a procedure in place and quick action, turning our not so great day into a better one!

Justin from Roto did an outstanding job with my water heater. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue in simple terms, walked me through the options, and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and the fact that he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. No shortcuts, no surprises — just solid, honest work. Rodolfo was superb. My home warranty provider could not provide service in a timely manner and Roto-Rooter provided such same day - within an hour. They also gladly worked with the warranty company for a partial reimbursement as well as finished the job faster and cheaper than estimated.
