Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We called Sunday evening because we had a drain backed up and pretty much could not use the sink, dishwasher, disposer. A.J. Karder was there within a few hours. Was very congenial and did not interrupt very much what we doing. He was very neat. The price was a little high but we knew what it would be when we called. It was worth it. Would not hesitate to make the same call again.

We call yesterday and they were able to accommodate the appt to our availability, that impressed me, the technician came in on time, fix the problem that other 2 techs from home depot were not able to, was very professional, gave us a reasonable quote. Overall we are very pleased with the service!!!

Called on Saturday evening given that the company advertised that they were available. Talked to someone at a call center and was told a technician would call. A technician did call me later and advised that he was at a job and may be able to get to me later, and stated that he would touch base with me. I said it was okay if we waited until Sunday if needed. He told me that they do not work on Sunday - unless it is an emergency. I was okay with that and stated Monday would be okay if needed. Haven’t heard from them since.

Cory Burns came to my home because I had a backup in my kitchen sink. He figured out that it was my main drain. He worked very quickly. Which was nice. Because, I had company over. He didn't have a lot of space to work. But, He still managed to complete the job. I was very happy with the work he did.

Had a random sewage backup in our basement and David Lopez and his team were excellent with getting it cleanup up and back to normal expeditiously. They were easy to work with and communicated very well throughout the process.
