A technician did call me later and advised that he was at a job and may be able to get to me later, and stated that he would touch base with me. I said it was okay if we waited until Sunday if needed. He told me that they do not work on Sunday - unless it is …”

“We called Sunday evening because we had a drain backed up and pretty much could not use the sink, dishwasher, disposer. A.J. Karder was there within a few hours. Was very congenial and did not interrupt very much what we doing. He was very neat. The price was a little high but we knew what it would be when we called. It was worth it. Would not hesitate to make the same call again.”
“We call yesterday and they were able to accommodate the appt to our availability, that impressed me, the technician came in on time, fix the problem that other 2 techs from home depot were not able to, was very professional, gave us a reasonable quote.
