Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had an outstanding experience with Roto-Rooter during our laundry room remodel. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Eric Getchell, who handled the plumbing relocation for us. His work was truly excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Eric made sure the new plumbing layout was done perfectly to support our remodel plans, and his attention to detail really showed in the final result. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service, but Eric absolutely delivered on all fronts. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter—especially Eric—for any plumbing needs.

Had pipes freeze overnight in mobile home and 3 special needs kids at home due to weather. They sent someone out within an hour and half and got it running within another hour and a half. Guy was knowledgable about mobile homes and very nice and helpful. Would absolutely use them again.

Dispatch Tom was incredibly rude on the phone, not to mention that there was so much miscommunication between the techs and the first man who came out and the dispatch that they did basically nothing for my house except tighten one thing and charge me. In the end, the dispatch man was insensitive, irritable, and downright awful. The tech who came out the second time around stood around and had me feeling out of my mind with the worry I had presented and left without even trying anything or offering support.

Jesse came to our home and was very professional, knowledge, and thorough. He has everything working again very quickly! We feel so much better now!
