Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We tried to do a DIY installment of a kitchen faucet that ended with us breaking the supply line valve and on a Saturday night we called for an emergency visit and Roto-Rooter came out within the hour and fixed our problem and installed our new faucet. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

Amazing service. Kelvin was thorough,professional and friendly. I had issues with my sewage pipe backed up. He help us and also priced matched the invoice. He was very patient with the me, we kept going back and forth on getting it done. He gave us space and time to get to him. He also was very friendly with both my boys. My younger one kept disturbing him during his work. He was very accommodating and in fact took time to explain things to him. Great guy, I highly highly recommend him. Updates: So they finally showed up. Took a quick look, gave no details about the accessment and told me they'll charge 500 at least, 700 if they have to take the toilet out. (We've only throwed toilet paper so its not a major clog) ofc we said no to the price. Later we found another company and made an appointment within the same day, who actually showed up in time, walked us through the details and charged us reasonably. I wish I dodged this company at first for my waisted time.. ---- If you need plumber urgently like us, go another place, they'll lie to you. Waited around for two days with 5 promised times. No one showed up. Why would you promise a time that you can't make it and why would you do it 5 times when we clearly told you we need plumber asap. We could have hired someone else at firt. This business is just evil and with no empathy.

Destroyed my freshly graded yard when he decided to Park on it instead of the driveway

I called them out for a leak in my front yard. The guy came out and couldn't find my water meter. I told him that i was informed that it was by the sidewalk, behind the mailbox. He still couldn't find it. It turned out to be covered by a layer of dirt. It had only been about 10 minutes when he said her was going to have to start charging me for exploratory digging. He started "digging" basically putting the shovel in the ground and moving the dirt around. Not actually pulling up dirt to look for anything. He managed to break one of my sprinkler pipes. I asked him, what he just busted and he wouldn't answer. He did fix it, it was just annoying that he wouldn't acknowledge that I was talking to him. All the while he is telling me that it is probably a foundation leak and will cost me a couple of thousand dollars to fix. We called someone from the come out and help him find it. He couldn't find it either. I told him where it was supposed to be, but he kept looking in other places. Needless to say, I got the name of a LOCAL plumber and called him. He told me what he thought the problem would be and said he would come out and look at it. Once i told the Roto Rooter guy that he could stop because I had someone else coming out, he "amazingly" dug in the right spot and found the meter. He seemed bothered that I didn't want him to stay even thought he found it. He charged me over $800 to do absolutely nothing. I did call roto rooter to complain. They said someone would call me back. No one ever did. They did end up refunding me $250, which isn't much since they didn't actually do anything other than move dirt around. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone who asks. The other plumber came, turned off the water, found the leak and fixed it for less than I was charged by Roto rooter, for nothing.

06APR2026 I recv a head up call from Roto Rooter's office. My Tech, Mr. Robinson wld b arrv w/n 30 mins. Mr. Robinson politely showed up to access the issue of a stopped up toilet. He made certain the matter was completely resolved. Mr. Robinson after cleaning up asked were there any other issues. The Tech was here all of 15mins. My better observation, he arrv'd ready to work. Although uniform is required, he was neat clean and wore booties over his clean work boots. Well groomed fresh w/o the cologne fragrance nor the cigarette/cigar smoke. I'm so highly allergic all fragrances and smokes. Thank you Mr. Kelvin Robinson, you were such a blessing to our family. Thank you Roto Rooter, Mr. Robinson represented your company so very well. I wld gladly call on your company again if need be. Hillsas.

We needed an emergency visit from Roto Rooter on a Sunday morning with company visiting from out of town. Using their app I scheduled the earliest available appointment thinking maybe by the end if the day we could have someone to our house. Within 15 minutes I had a confirmed appointment and Dennis was right in time. He cleared our line 10 minutes after arrival and even had me double check to assure the lines were running without backup. Dennis was extremely professional and courteous the entire visit. I certainly hope this is the last time I need to use them, but I wont hesitate to call this team if I need plumbing service in the future. 5 stars isn't enough. Dennis is awesome. Thank you so much!

I chose Roto-Rooter services because I’ve trusted their brand for many years with other different issues. This time it was my home and the drains were stopped somewhere between the house and the street. And water was backing up into the house whenever used. The technician STEVEN came out and did a fantastic job and was extremely professional in all aspects of the service. Thank you very much STEVEN for your diligent hard work. They also sent another gentleman out and they ran on a camera through the drainage at no extra or additional charges. It’s approved that there wasn’t an underlying issue that needed to be taken care of. Thank you very much.

Arriaga, should be high on the list of folks to call for work. I have had a Water heater replaced (Best install of a WH I have ever had) New bathroom sink fixtures, 1/4 turn shutoff values on 5 sinks, and a new kitchen sink, with faucet. We did not have one issue with any of the installs. All of this work was done over a 6 month period of time. Never any scheduling issues and the owner and his employees were always very respectful in our dealings.

Derek did an excellent job fixing my clogged drain. He was professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. What I appreciated most was how efficiently he worked while still taking the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Wonderful service by Steve. Kitchen sink drain was horribly clogged by previous owner's old grease far down the drain pipe. Steve snaked, and resnaked, the drain until it finally opened and he cleared it out. He also got us setup with, and thoroughly explained the recommended process for, a couple gallons of the pipe shield liquid to get rid of the residual grease.

Out tankless hot water heater valve stopped working on Christmas Eve. Bry came out on and diagnosed the problem on Christmas Eve, ordered the part and had it installed just after Christmas. I was impressed with his professionalism and quick turn around considering it was during the holidays!

Our technician Steve was very quick & resourceful. He not only detected the problem, but very quickly cleared the drain backup. He was clean. Did not leave any mess. And was really courteous. Would definitely recommend him anytime there is a drain issue.
